I decided to drive out to Buzz Chew because I had heard the commercials and really was tired of the typical dealer experience. I planned on going out there and just look at the different trim levels of a 2019 Silverado, while also gauging the sales staff. After walking the lot a bit I came across a preowned 2018 Silverado LTZ. I walked inside and met Sean from sales. I told him I was somewhat interested in the truck and we sat down and chatted numbers a bit. We reached an agreement and I went and met with Andy in Finance. Before I knew it I was picking the truck up the following day. Sean and Andy were great to work with. Very personable and genuine. My experience buying the truck was great and I am very pleased with the vehicle. Highly recommend to friends, family and whoever else.

Took delivery recently on new Escalade Platinum ESV. This is my fourth or fifth one. As usual, the service at Buzz Chew was exceptional. My regular sales rep, Bob White, was amazing as always. I'd buy cars from him for life. He's the very best. I've bought all my vehicles from him. He makes everything so simple. And Tony Oddon did a wonderful job coordinating the delivery, and took the time as did Bob to follow up to be sure everything was great (it is). Tony made sure we understood everything about the new vehicle, and took his time until we did. This is a great dealership, and I'll keep buying/leasing cars here for many years to come. I'm looking forward to purchasing the newly re-launched Escalade ESV as soon as it is available.

Buzz Chew, and especially Joe Tedesco, made buying our truck easier than I thought possible. Joe explained everything we were getting and what we were getting it for with such clarity.
