I was very happy with Nelson as well as everyone I interacted with at the dealership. I had ordered a truck from a different dealership in October and the sale fell through. Nelson was spot on with his time frames for how long everything would take and always responded back to me immediately when I had any questions. There were no “surprise fees” as I have dealt with at other dealerships in the past. I have already recommended a number of my friends to Southampton Chevrolet and Nelson as a salesman. By far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.
