The wait area is too small. The dealership doesn't provide customer enhancing services like car wash and donuts with coffee while waiting. Getting... a loner car is a luxury and no option to chose. Vehicle is not repaired on time, as promised. Problems with vehicle is not identified in a timely manner; takes too many visits and checks. Front desk personnel needs to transfer calls too often to answer basic questions. Service coupons are rare offerings.
John L. was great! He was so patient throughout my first new car buying experience. He is honest, helpful, and funny. He didn't give me any B.S. and made... me feel comfortable with my purchase. The entire staff at Wayne Subaru are professional, friendly and warm. Last year my husband leased a Subaru Forrester. This year I leased a Subaru Legacy.... We are both proud to be a part of the Subaru family! Joan and Mark really put us at ease and took the time to explain everything in detail, along with giving us a great deal. All questions and concerns were addressed. Nick was excellent at explaining all of the Legacy features and David handled the finance aspect with ease and professionalism.
I bought my Subaru a few months back and had the best experience imaginable! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, but was so confident... in the staff I did! I just bought a new 2018 Subaru Forester and noticed a little rub in the crease above the drivers window and above the steering wheel. I the sales manager... Anthony Smolt not only fixed that spot , he detailed my whole car over himself. Between, family and friends we must have bought at least 10 cars from this dealership. From the great salesmanship of Joan Vacarro, the thorough walk through of the car by Nick or the expert finance help of David Fried the experience is always made easier.
I would give a a score of zero if it let me. Absolute worst Subaru dealer in the area. Waited well over a half hour, looked at several cars on the lot,... many sales people passed us (didn???t even look at us) and we walked through entire showroom and not even the 3 sales managers acknowledged us. One manager said hi and that was it! This place is small and has next to no inventory and definitely not enough people to help you much less acknowledge you. On my way to Another dealer!

Unfortunately all of our associates are with clients at the moment but I assure you that the first available associate would be happy to help you find your Subaru¿¿¿. Instead he gave me a smug sorry but we¿¿¿re busy. I expect you to take his side because you¿¿¿ve put him in charge of your business. It¿¿¿s too bad that you don¿¿¿t get to see how much business you lose with the very same people you put so much trust in. Your in a tough spot but I appreciate the offer but we already purchased a Subaru Legacy just like that one on your showroom floor.
