I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received... a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional. The wait area is too small. The dealership doesn't provide customer enhancing services like car wash and donuts with coffee while waiting. Getting... a loner car is a luxury and no option to chose. Vehicle is not repaired on time, as promised. Problems with vehicle is not identified in a timely manner; takes too many visits and checks. Front desk personnel needs to transfer calls too often to answer basic questions. Service coupons are rare offerings.

Within the next 3 ? 4 weeks we are moving our Sales Department to our new state of the art Showroom, located at 600 Route 23 North in Pompton Plains, NJ; about a mile and half from our current location. This move will allow us to expand our customer lounge area. Also, we have recently added more loaner cars to our fleet and they should be available soon. The entire staff at Wayne Subaru are professional, friendly and warm. Last year my husband leased a Subaru Forrester. This year I leased a Subaru Legacy.... We are both proud to be a part of the Subaru family! Joan and Mark really put us at ease and took the time to explain everything in detail, along with giving us a great deal. All questions and concerns were addressed. Nick was excellent at explaining all of the Legacy features and David handled the finance aspect with ease and professionalism.
I bought my Subaru a few months back and had the best experience imaginable! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, but was so confident... in the staff I did!
