It was my first time Buying/leasing a car -my salesmen (Michael Malinoski) was great!!!!!!!!!! . He took time with me looking at the vehicle's and what... was best me -I really felt at ease the whole time. I was very nervous at first but Mike made the process so easy--thank you Mike!!!!!!!!
I can not say enough about the "first rate" service we received from Bob,our Service Manager and Eric,our Mechanic. It was a pleasure dealing with these... two gentlemen!!!
After dealing with 3 local dealerships and having a terrible experience at two of them, I decided to expand my range a bit. Emailed the dealership to see... if they would want me to stop in even though it would be close to their closing time on a Saturday. I received a call from the sales manager Joe and he said if I could get there before closing time he would be happy to assist me and earn my business. I made it there with only 10 minutes to spare. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I didn't have to test drive and all that. Still took about 2 hours to get out the door with the new car. Some of this was due to the finance person going over all this "extra coverage" that they offer and it sounded like it was included with the purchase of the vehicle to make sure the customer is happy with everything. You find out at the end of the speech that you have to pay for this extra coverage if you want it. Would have saved about 10-15 minutes if they just asked up front if you want their "extended warranty" coverage to which you can just say "no" and move on to the next step. While going through the paperwork process, salesman Shawn went ahead and cleaned up the vehicle and prepped it to go. Signed off on all the paperwork and away I went. Kudos to Shawn and Joe for their professional yet friendly attitude and willingness to help even when it was time for them to leave for the day.
In my lifetime so far i have bought and sold over 27 cars. this is the first time i ever had to go through with this with a dealership. Would NEVER use... a dealer or dealership like this. I live in Florida and dealer is in Pennsylvania. We had a deal going over the phone and though email and text for a used car which started on Tuesday afternoon. I specifically asked if i needed to put a deposit on the vehicle and was never given an answer. Wednesday morning i called to asked some more general questions and about money since i already offered them a price and they turned it down. I called my sales person three times at 1130, Julie Rodriquez and she didn't answer. ( she wasn't in the office till 12) Had to get the sales manager on the phone Ryan smith to answer any questions i might have had. He answer and i told him that i will call him back soon to make a deal. I called at 12 multiple times to ryan and julie and nobody answered so i left them voice messages. I was calling to go over numbers as i said in the voicemail. Finally got a call back around 1245 but i was already in a meeting. called them back an hour later and they said they sold it. Thats a bunch of snakes. Sold the car out from under me cause i couldn't call them back within an hour. after i tried to reach them multiple times. They will take a deal with anyone regardless of a deal already made and that is a terrible dealership. I will never buy a car from this dealership or by these individuals and i advised nobody else too. I had a great experience buying a used 2008 GMC truck from Billy from Abeloff. I have dealt with a lot of dealers over the years, and this by far was the... most pleasant experience.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL I REGRET BUYING MY VEHCILES FROM THEM I NEVER GOT WHAT WAS PROMISED AND WHAT... I SIGNED UP FOR BE VERY CAREFUL THEY WILL TALK A GOOD ONE BUT NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAY. HUGE LESSON LEARNED!!

Came here to look for, preferably, a Kia Soul, was looking at used but left with a gorgeous White 2018 Soul instead and I couldn't be happier with it.... I was helped by a Linda Pellot and was more than satisfied as she was willing to help out the best she could to allow us to take the car the same day with the circumstances of our situation, so for that I am very grateful to her! But otherwise I didn't feel any pressure in my decision to go with new instead of used, and again, they did their best to get us the car as fast as possible. I'm definitely glad I came here, the car so far runs great and is everything I was hoping for!
I WENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED THE TALL RED MAN WAS RUDE WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC AND THE PAPER ON FLOOR THEY ALWAYS LEAVE THOSE SO HE GOT... SOME ELSE AND EVEN WORSE HE DID NOT SORRY R U KIDDING HOW RUDE!!!
