Will lie right to your face

Just purchased a Tacoma from this dealership. I drove 500 miles to find out the truck had way more rust than sales guy presented. The dealer stated they inspected the truck and nothing was wrong with it. However, upon independent inspection, it needed over $1,000 in just parts/bushing damaged from rust. They also advertised the truck with backup camera, which didn't work and the glovebox wouldn't close. Don't buy anything from this dealer without it being independently checked, they will lie right to your face about what's wrong with the vehicle.

A work

I would definitely recommend Copple for all your automotive repairs. They do great work and have a friendly staff.



They lied to us so many times I cant even keep track. We drove to Louisville to test drive a car get there and find out it has an oil leak. They say they are going to fix it at no charge to us. Then a week later not only did they not fix it the car needs a new engine and they want us to pay for it. WHAT??? Then we check our bank account and they cashed the $500 check they said would never be cashed it was just a HOLD. Mind you we have no vehicle from them at this point and the car that were were going to purchase has a bad engine. They are desperate for money and will do anything to take it from you....RUN!!!

The guys at koeppel GMC Chevrolet are absolutely wonderful they will do whatever and whenever it takes to help you to meet your needs David is great as helping you find and pick out a car that meets your financial needs Roland is awesome at helping you finance and get the warranties that are needed for your vehicle that make sure you're covered for a reasonable amount everything about that company says so much and has so much integrity and character I was so happy to be able to work with them on finding a vehicle

Preston Ellis was the best Sales member we've ever had! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to meet our needs!
