Horrible customer service

Once you purchase the vehicle they give you the run around and never return calls or follow up . Bought and brand new car and the title came in saying I purchased a used car . Do your self a favor and just go to a different dealership .. my new car also has scratches all over it and they have yet to deal with it day of purchase they said oh we will take care of it 4 months later nothing is done ..


Multiple Transactions

Just completed a deal with Patrizio and Rich and they were absolute pros ...had been in dialogue with both searching for a particular car and they were able to accommodate ...this was my at least 4th transaction with this team over 5 years and they did a great job....would highly recommend both...I’m very particular and Patrizio listened and with Rich’s help made things happen. Had worked with Jim in Service and always a gentleman and accommodating... ..give them a call or stop by if you’re in the market for a Porsche........April 2019


Best buying Experience!!!!

Let me start of by saying that i would give them more than 5 Stars if that was Possible! Was looking for a Cayenne or a Macan, and reached out to them via email. Rich promptly contacted me, and I gave him my requirements. He mentioned that he had a couple cayennes that just came in, which were not on the webite yet, but would send me pics later that night, which he did. I liked one, called him back, and we agreed on a price. He was very candid, and professional in his interaction with me. Set up an appointment, and went to the showroom a couple days later (it is a 1 hour drive for me). Was warmly greeted by Rich, and I told him i was still confused on whether I want a Macan or a Cayenne. he spent quite some time with us understanding our family needs, and explaining the differences. He then introduces us to Aldo, our Sales Rep, who is another amazing gentleman. I wanted to test drive multiple versions , cayenne, macan, macan S, and he very patiently spent time with us explaining everyhting, and let me drive to my content. I finally settled on a Cayenne, and finalized the deal. We settled on a ick up date, and when I came back to pick up my cayenne, everything was ready to go. All the paper work was done and ready for me. We completed the due process, and Aldo walked me through all the options, and spent all the time needed until we felt comfortable. Here is where they really earned my business for life - Picked up car, came home, and after a couple days, I noticed a small tear in the rear seat. To tell you the truth, I dont know if it already existed or if I did it, but I called Aldo back, and asked if they could fix it. he asked me send him some pics, and no questions asked, they even sent a guy to fix it at my home, so i dont have to drive an hour to their showroom!!! Now, thats what I call the best Customer Service. if I am in this part of the country, I always do business with Porsche of Greenwich!!! Thank You Rich and Aldo for the wonderful experience.


Buying a used Porsche Macan

Anthony was excellent. He came to our house twice to help get the deal done and trained us on the car at home!!! Great service all around!


Exceeded My Expectations!!

I recently purchased a 2017 Jaguar F Type SVR from New Country Porsche of Greenwich. In addition, I would like to state that I have owned in the excess of 100 cars, the majority of them being high-line to exotic cars, with that said I have encountered may different experiences. My experience with New Country Porsche of Greenwich has been nothing shy of excellent! The dealership is filled with a wonderful group of individual all very attentive to the customer. Karina Zaleska, was my sales representative. Katrina was professional, courteous, friendly as well as knowledge with the vehicle that I was purchasing, as well as the Porsche Brand, as I test drove a GT3, as well. Katrina always made herself available for me and made the experience seamless. The vehicle I purchase had very low miles, however there were a few imperfections such as a rim with slight rash and a very minor scratch in the leather. This is where Katrina had me work with Rich Del Mazzio, as well. Rich immediately put my mind to rest and had everything corrected without a question. Rich was also very professional, courteous, friendly. Overall, I already have my next car purchase set which will be the GT3 and I will be definitely dealing with Karina and Rich from New Country Porsche of Greenwich, as I had an exceptional experience. My car was delivered as a 10 plus very happy

They didn't get my business but got my admiration!

I live in Texas and was looking for the XJL, spoke with Rich Del Mazzio for a quick bit, just as they were wrapping up at the office but he took the time to hear me out and promised to provide all information i need to make a decision on car i wanted...we were off but i admired his patience, professionalism and efficiency. I wish i was able to get the deal i was looking for but it wasn't for lack of Rich trying. He did all he could but i guess it wasn't meant to be. i will recommend him to anyone cause i believe his judgement and fairness. Great guy...



I went to see a new C4S. They listed it as new with 22 miles on their website, and told me it was a new car on the phone. When I got there and saw the car, I noticed it had 6000 miles on it. Not 60, or 600, but 6000. When I asked how that was new, the salesmen said it was an executive demo and they considered it new. I said 6000 miles on a vehicle makes it used, and he told me they believed it was new regardless of the mileage. When I asked if there was a discount because of the mileage, he said they did not discount new cars. Shady shady shady. They will lie to you and try to sell you used cars as new. Avoid them.

POOR SERVICE & EXPENSIVE PRICES. James (Jim) Kennel was the service technician that handled my vehicle. New Country Porsche not only failed to perform the requested service properly, but also charged almost twice as much as other Porsche dealers for the same service. When these facts were pointed out to Jim, and his direct supervisor, they offered neither to correct the problem, nor to provide even a partial refund. If you plan on having your vehicle serviced here, make sure you: 1) don't care if the service is done correctly, and 2) don't care about needlessly wasting your time and money.


Great Experience with Aldo of New Country Porsche

I just purchased a certified preowned 2014 Porsche 911 c2s from Aldo Camara of New Country Porsche of Greewich and I could not be any happier with the experience. I purchase many high end vehicles and I can honestly say that Aldo was one of the best and most professional individuals with which I have ever transacted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, respectful and flexible throughout my entire process.
