Jeff, was such a nice easy salesman to work with. No pressure, made sure we were happy with the deal. It was my daughters 1st car and he went above to make sure she felt comfortable in the vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership. Jeff was great!

I needed a car very badly but wasn't ready for one because i never imagined i could get what i actually wanted! Then a deer changed all that. My Dad suggested we go to Crivelli's because he always has a great experience with them every time he brings in work vehicles. In the age of huge car sales 'monopolies' in the it's nice to have a dealer that will listen to you and what you want and need from a vehicle and make you feel like your car purchase is the most important one! You can always find the same people to help you and are genuinely glad to help you with any problems or questions! You do not get lost in the shuffle here! Michael Crivelli searched and found me my perfect car, my Subaru Crosstrek! It is just what i wanted and he made it a reality. Michael Crivelli and his team are always available with after-purchase care, too! I've had questions, lost my keys in the recycling, gotten a little dent and needed maintenance advice. I never doubt they can solve any problem i may encounter, and with a fabulous attitude and smile! Thankyou Michael for your great service !

I found a car from their other dealer location & they were able to get it in to the New Castle location for me to test drive. I did not need a car, but was looking to upgrade. All in all the experience was good & they worked with myself & husband to meet our guidelines as far as a monthly payment. They have also been quick to remedy any issues (which have been minimal). Michael was great. No pressure. :-)

I believe in miracles and I received a Christmas miracle from the awesome people at GO Criville . The experienceat this dealership was one of the best I ever had. The customer service is AWESOME, relaxed atmosphere, and the best deal ever. I want to thank them (Mike, Lann, Jerry) for their excellent service. I was a tough one, but they were patient, understanding, and offered me the deal I wanted. I live about 25 miles from GO Criville dealership, but I will always buy from this fabulous family.

Wow, wow,Wow! What an awesome experience at GO Criville, New Castle, Pa. Mike (cute as a button and going to be a new daddy), along with his dad (who raised a fabulous family) made me believe there is a Santa Claus. Awesome Customer service, friendly (felt like friends forever), bend over backwards to get you what YOU want and just great guys. Will drive 25 miles to buy all my next cars. They are a wonderful family owned and operated Buisness and my family and myself have bought 4 vehicles from them with no problems.

We dealt with Jeff Crivelli on two occasions. Both times he was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy. He answered all our questions, and was trying to find a vehicle for us at auction, and we were not obligated to buy, either. We were really interested in dealing with them, because of the life time power train warranty, they offer. We, also told a neighbor about it. My niece is very happy renting from their Enterprise company. She gets good service and prices.

This is now my new place to purchase cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I This was my first experience with G.O.Crevelli and will never be my last from this point on. The staff is amazing Jeff the salesman is beyond kind and very engaging this means a lot when you are purchasing a vehicle, well today I purchased a Mercedes before closing time ,and what can I say about GRay he was the finance guy, gave me another amazing experience !!! I was looking for a 2008 to a 2011Chevy equinox g.o. crivelli was the place I found it after many weeks of searching and getting the run around . They didn't try and sell me something I didn't want . Chris was very helpful
