I called about a 2019 Buick Encore and the salesman said it was still in stock. I told him I had a 45 minuet ride and hold it i wll be there soon. When I arrived the salesman showed me the vehicle and I was shocked with the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle was filthiy in and out. There was mulch all over the interior with wires hanging out of the front seat in the rear. This car should have never been put on the lot for sale. It was not GM Certified which I asked about on the phone and said it was. As far as I know the vehicle never went through any inspection to include a saftey inspection required by law. This Dealer just wants to sell vehicles without any type of inspection or certificatios to make the most money during these times. Stay away and find another reputable dealer. I did purchase a vehicle that day from Royal in Sussex. The vehicles I looked at were clean and certified and they were very professional.
