Non-Disclosure of Sub-Frame Damage

Spitzer Autoworld sold me a car with known sub-frame damage. I called and asked prior to purchasing the vehicle if it had any known damage. The answer was "no." I then drove 4 hours to check out the vehicle in person. The car came pre-inspected so I did not find out until I had to inspect it again. In the state of PA, an inspected vehicle cannot have any sub-frame damage. I received two opinions from separate mechanics stating that the damage was here prior to my purchase of the vehicle. The damage includes a hole in the front sub-frame, subpar work done trying to weld the rear driver side sub-frame, and a cracked rear-passenger sub-frame. The attempt to weld the sub-frame shows that someone, at some point, was aware of the issue and neglected to disclose the information. Clark Husted sold me the car. Dave Nelson is the sales manager. I reached out to the dealership regarding these issues and was ignored despite multiple attempts to reach out. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

NEVER recommend-vehicle didn't even last 4 months!

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! We spent ALL our savings on what was to be a reliable family vehicle for our 4 kids. The motor was shot within not even 4 MONTHS of owning it! The owner told us there was nothing he could do to help us, and that crap happens! Deal with it! Now, I can barely get my 4 kids to school and my husband to work because of this! And we are also struggling financially because we spent our savings on what we believed to be a reliable vehicle that would last longer than 4 months! You would think a good dealership would show SOME KIND OF COMPASSION and help out their customer in some way to satisfy them when something like this happens, but not this dealership. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. I had to give a rate of one star so I could submit the review, but I wouldn't give it any stars after the way we were treated in this matter.

Service donw badly

They xxxxed up my ac unit when they put my motor in and said they didnt funny how o had cold in in October when I was in south Carolina and November they did my motor job and now I swear my xxx off

Front End Alignment

I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get this service completed. Also, I was expecting to need all four wheels aligned. The service department explained that in my situation just doing the front would be sufficient. They SAVED me money.
