Terrible Service
Bought a Platinum F150 and have had nothing but issues. They never serviced the vehicle fluids so that had to be done within a week. They replaced a sway link with the wrong size which caused issues I had to fix myself. Only gave 1 key and wanted me to pay $190 for a second key. Customer service was garbage and will never do business there again.

No EV technicians
This dealer claims to work on EV's. They do not. My Volt broke down and had dozens of codes and they only changed an O2 sensor. That is insane and Absurdly bad service. Owner/manager blamed me for being upset that they left me stranded on the highway. Wouldn't go back if I was paid

Very friendly and helpful
Bought our 2019 Traverse and two years later, absolutely love it. Visited the dealership in Dec 2021. I needed a new battery for my key fob, directions on how to easily switch into 4-wheel drive and was concerned about the shift to park alert I was getting. Frank Fitch assisted me with all three and made my day!

Started off good, ended terrible!!
Everyone was very helpful at first and offered to let me pick the vehicle that I wanted to test drive. We went for the test drive, came back and started the paperwork. I have challenged credit and once they saw that, they started treating me terribly. I have never been so disgusted in all my life.

SOLD A LEMON CAR AND DIDNT DISCLOSE THAT IT WAS A LEMON! AND NOW IS REFUSING TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY RETURN THE CAR! IN FACT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD BUY IT BACK FOR HALF OF WHAT SHE PAID. SAID THEY COULDNT PAY MORE THAN THAT BECAUSE, YA KNOW "ITS A LEMON." WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE.

Amazing customer service!
My husband is very ill, and our vehicle's suspension blew apart, leaving us without a vehicle and no way to get to doctor's appointments. My husband called and spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Harry who discussed our situation with management, who decided to go above and beyond to help us ! We are so unbelievably greatful and amazed at the compassion shown to us. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Jerry Remus, they're great people!
