I had the worst experience of trying to buy a new car at

I had the worst experience of trying to buy a new car at another dealership 2 months before I went to Harrison Ford and worked with Eric Asvestas. Eric was very helpful and didn't put pressure on me to buy a car. Eric was honest and got me the new 2025 Escape I wanted. He even took care of notifying my insurance company for me and delivered my car to my house !! Now that is excellent service and caring for his customers !! Eric told me to call him anytime with any questions I had. I have called him and he has called me back in a timely manner and answered my questions. Eric was the best to work with and I loved the no hassle experience. Go see Eric at Harrison Ford and have the best car buying experience you've ever had !! Jan S. Strongsville, Ohio

I took my 2023 escape in to have the rotor looked at

I took my 2023 escape in to have the rotor looked at because it had a groove on it. I was tolde it was still under maintenance warranty. The vehicle has 20,000 miles plus extended warranty. I was told the brake pad had a piece of metal in but the brake was not worn enough to replace so I had to pay $122 to have them look at it and not fix anything. I had to go across the street to buy breaks and rotors to have somebody else fix it. I am very disappointed with the service department. The sad part is this isn’t the first time they got me but it is the LAST

Struggled with battery challenges with my 2023 Hybrid

Struggled with battery challenges with my 2023 Hybrid Escape. I scheduled an appointment with Harrison Ford and they fixed everything! I am thrilled. I had had the car at another dealer previously without resolution. I had been told previously that I probably had a bad battery and would have to wait out a potential battery failure. Harrison Ford service has my car running perfectly! It is a long drive for me, but it is worth it!!! Thank you to Phil in service for staying on top of necessary repairs and updates for my car!

Matt was a pleasure to work with, I had a good

Started experiencing a noise coming from the rear brakes

Started experiencing a noise coming from the rear brakes of my leased 24 escape with only 7,000 miles. Phil in the service department found a TSB related to this issue and the next day I had new pads and rotors on the back of the car that completely fixed the issue covered under warranty. It really wasn't a very big deal to begin with but they fixed it anyway.

Mark Whims

II just purchased a 2020 F150 and it was the easiest car buying experience ever. Chad Bias had an immediate answer for every question and I never felt he was trying to come up with the "right" answer. I'm very satisfied with my truck and would recommend the dealership and him personally to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2020 Ford F350

What a great experience I had with Harrison Ford. From the initial inquiry through the day of the sale. Everything was painless and exceptionally easy. My hats off to Chad that was very accommodating and made this experience very pleasant. All communication was done through email right up to the day of the sale. ( my preference ). He had things all ready when I arrived for my appointment and was out the door in an hour or less. Bravo Sir. I Highly recommend Chad and Harrison Ford.
