Purchased a F350 in 2017. After a few months the front end would shimmy when going over a bump. Took it in and they replaced parts on the front end. The... problem was solved. February 2019 the problem reoccurred. Took it in and was informed that it was the same problem. The truck is now out of warranty and the $650.00 repair will not be covered. In discussion with the service manager he informed me that a bulletin had been released in August of 18 changing the part in question. I informed him I did not think I should be responsible for the cost of this repair. He said he will see what he can do. Received a call later in the day that they will cover the repair. They did the right thing and I have recommended them and I will continue to do so.
