The mechanic even washed my front mat where I spil

Fantastic all the employees are great Brian was so nice today. Went above and beyond as usual. I have Only used them for my wonderful 11 year old Buick Enclave Thank you all service employees you are great !!

Dealership hiding information

The cars’ window stickers are not accurate. The dealership is hiding information intentionally. The manager ignores the complaints. Do NOT go there if you want to avoid a headache.

Suburban Battery Replacement

I walked in without an appointment to get my battery replaced and walked out within 30-40 minutes with a new battery. It doesn’t get better than that.

Inefficient

Booked my scheduled brake and engine maintenance utilizing the on-line tool. When I arrived I was told there was no record of my app't (Despite being contacted the day prior to confirm) and I'd have to wait. Then asked if I had printed off the coupons for the work I was having done. I replied that I has applied them on-line, as requested. The response was that without the printed coupons, they would not be able to apply the discount. Took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so in the future.
