Our dealership has been serving DeMotte and the surrounding communities with automobile sales and service since 1956. We have grown extensively from being a Chevrolet only dealer to now offering New Chevrolet, GMC and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Ben, our salesman, was great.

Ben, our salesman, was great. The finance guy was another matter. He straight up lied to our faces that my credit union would not finance a 2017 vehicle at the interest rate posted. So he sent our loan to a bank then wanted to sell us the power train warranty. We purchased the warranty but it extended the loan by a year. He did not disclose this also increased the agreed upon interest rate. He knew my credit union would not finance the additional power train warranty amount so he didn't want to send them the contract. You don't get return customers by lying. Won't be back there and next time I'll get a sales order and get my own financing. I hope Ben doesn't follow his finance guy and think it's OK to lie to customers.

I took my GMC Sierra in for a recall on replacing an

I took my GMC Sierra in for a recall on replacing an airbag. When I picked it up they said there was $3000 worth of work that needed to be done. They wanted to change a majority of all the houses on the truck and there was something loose in my suspension. I’ve had no leaks in the driveway and I’ve had no trouble with steering. So I took it to other mechanics and it was checked out and there was nothing wrong. My suggestion is get a second opinion before you get any major work done.

Beyond happy

Wonderful shopping experience! Drove 4 hours from Michigan for the possible purchase of my dream truck. Vehicle was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Not only did I end up buying it, but Shawn worked with me to get me out of my lease and get my payments on the new vehicle down to where I wanted them to be! Ended up going home with only my dream truck instead of both car and truck. No other dealer even took the time to ask me questions or try to help out, they were only worried about the sale. Beyond happy with this whole experience. Would highly recommend giving Shawn a call if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Amazing Experience

This is a Dream Cadillac Escalade !!!! Husband and I were searching for a vehicles on cargurus. Saw a vehicle that really got our eye. The problem was that we are from Texas and these vehicle was in Demotte Indiana. Even though it was far we decided to email them to see if it was available and what we could do to get these vehicle. In within minutes this guy named Joe responded my email (by the way very friendly). When I told him that was the only vehicle that caught my eye and liked. He moved really quickly with the process. He would call every day to give me updates on it. Then within a few days he calls and tells me Congratulations on your new purchase. My husband flew from Texas to Indianapolis and they send one of their workers to pick him up from the airport. Then he followed up if my husband had arrived safely and if I had driven my Escalade. Thanks Joe Even though we were far away it seemed that we were actually there. Thanks for making this process so fast and easy. Daughter named the Cadillac Escalade Joe. (she names every vehicle we had).

I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues...

I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues with dealers online and in person ranging from dishonesty about price to dishonesty about the vehicle they have online being for sale. I had zero issues with Wiers Chevy. I purchased my truck from Wiers Chevy. Joe Billy was on top of everything. I even added things I needed added on the truck and was amazed how Joe got everything done. He even updated me on progress as my bed liner and hard cover were being installed. Everything he had done was on time and done to schedule!! Thanks Joe Billy and Wiers Chevrolet!! I almost forgot I had my vehicle delivered also and that was pretty nice also!!

Sold a CPO 2019 Sierra Denali that had been in a m

Purchased a CPO 2019 Sierra Denali. It was represented as no Accident Truck. Flew to Indiana from CA. to purchase truck. Drove back to California and noticed some items that needed fixing from the dealer. Took it in to local GMC dealer and within 5 minutes they asked if Truck had been in major accident. Contacted Weir dealership and they would not stand by the truck they sold. WHAT A SCAM!! 172 Point Inspection was supposedly done. GMC ended up buying back the truck because they deemed in was unsafe to drive. Beware of this dealer.
