Ford Raptor Service
Outstanding service team and management, kept me informed every step of the way and everything was as promised and taken care of perfectly, I’ll be going back here for all my service needs. Thanks to Murray Motor’s, Matt Marchiori and his service team.
The staff was friendly. I made appointment and since I’m 53 miles from home I waited. About 2 hrs later I was informed one of the parts they ordered was the wrong one. When I made appointment, I gave them the vin and the truck was in parking lot. This was an external part. If it was multiple choice, why didn’t someone verify or just order both and send one back? I waited for my ride home, promised truck would be done Monday AM. They called Monday said they found two lines that needed replaced, it’s not their fault they needed replaced, but again, to my knowledge, these are external parts and I don’t understand why they weren’t discovered on Friday. They said another two days. I called them on Wednesday, they said they were real busy but they would call me back. (?) They did and said it would be done tomorrow. I received call 11:00 Thursday it was done. It just seems like I wasn’t at a Ford dealership.

I highly recommend this facility!! The staff treats you kindly, almost feels like a family!!! The purchasing of my car was very easy!!!
