Robert Gourley

I always mention that I am entitled to a GM employee discount on parts when I check in, but I always have a problem getting it. It is in their computer and the service people always assure me that they are noting it on the order, but it never seems make it to the invoice. I will be seeking another service shop unless they can get this resolved.

AVOID for any type of Service/ Warranty work

What was to be a simple warranty replacement of a glow plug turned into an engine replacement and cosmetic damage to my vehicle. It took 7 months to get the vehicle drivable, but not all the issues were resolved and since my factory warranty expired during these 7 months it sat there, the dealership basically walked away at the end and said they could not doing anything more.

My salesman was more concerned with improving his sales goals and records. He did not do some things that he told me he would once he made the sale. He was basically done with me.

Stay away… A few months ago i bought a car from them,

Stay away… A few months ago i bought a car from them, they agreed to fix a broken windshield wiper pump as part of the deal, they just said to give them a bit to order the part. I waited three months with out a word from them, out of the five calls i made to them i finally got in touch with Travis, the sales person i dealt with. He said he never recalled making the deal and that he would need to talk to his boss about it. That was a week ago and i haven’t heard back since obviously haha.

leased a new car today

I just leased a car for the second time from Champion Hargreaves. My salesman was Bishoy Mikhail and I went through him last time I leased as well. I can't say enough good things about Bishoy. I'm a nervous buyer and he did so much to ease my fears and got me a better deal than I ever thought I could get. Not only did he stay within my budget but he got me into a car I really wanted but was sure I couldn't afford. He spent a lot of time with me and was so patient and explained everything so I was comfortable with my lease. I have given his name to my friends and I can recommend him whole heartedly. I'm thrilled with this car and with Bishoy. Seek him out. I promise you won't be sorry.
