I bought my first Corolla in 1990 at this dealership and will only buy her they sales and finance team are awesome to work with very straightforward pricing and a good used car inventory. I finally upgraded from my 2013 RAV4 to a newer 2021. My 2013 RAV4 has 294,000 miles and it still keeps going and that is why I buy a Toyota! Thank Joe Shesko for helping me with this purchase you made it so easy!

Joe Shesko was my salesman, a gentleman, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He could answer all my questions, & explained everything to my satisfaction . Brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna in because the drivers side
Brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna in because the drivers side sliding door was no longer working. They took the car in, told me the motor needed to be changed and it would cost roughly $1400 for this repair. The minivan has almost 200,000 miles on it so if it was too expensive I wouldn’t have done the job and just operated the door manually. I called my wife and we both agreed to have it fixed. After a few days of picking up my car, the door started to give us issues (it would operate intermittently). We called the dealer and they scheduled another time for me to come in. Upon inspection, they tell me other parts needed to be replaced and it would cost another $1800. If I had known this when we replaced the motor I wouldn’t have never done the job on a 200,000 mile minivan. So now, we have a brand new motor on the drivers side sliding door but must keep the doors power off and must operate it manually. They completely wasted my money. If they would have quoted me the whole job or told me “many times when we change the motor other parts go out and it will cost a lot more” I wouldn’t have never agreed to fix the door in the first place. Keep in mind I’m currently shopping for a Toyota sequoia or suburban and was fixing the minivan just to get more money when it sell. A complete waste of $1300, I’ll never go back to this place again and I recommend you don’t either.

The sales manager (Tim) went out and took pictures of the under carriage and checked for smoke odor to help us decide whether the truck was worth the journey. Our salesman, Dave, had expert knowledge on all vehicle features and warranty. He courteously and patiently answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to completely top off the fuel tank and touch up a few (very small) paint nicks before we took possession of the vehicle. What a pleasure to deal with a staff who cares about you, your questions, and your concerns. Top flight customer service. 100% professional! Love the truck. Thank you Toyota of Warren!
