I recently bought a car from Tony Montazeri at Toyota of Warren. Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience for me, but Tony made is easy and found me a great deal on a car I love!!!

We just turned in our leased Highlander, and purchased a Grand Highlander! Brandon Baltes was our salesman, and was very good…..Not pushy at all, and helped us by explaining different options that were available to us. He worked to get us closer to a price we needed, and didn’t keep us there all day. We Love Toyotas, and will continue to do business here. Thank you Brandon!

I went into Toyota of Warren and did not have the best experience my first time around with one of the salesman/manager but then decided to go back and I met Joe Shesko who was phenomenal and caring. He was professional and treated us wonderfully. Also, the finance guy Brian was super sweet and helpful during the whole process. I would definitely go back and work with these two again in the future!

Tony Montazeri misses the first rule of salesmanship. Explain features and benefits. Then smoothly explain the features and benefits of the next better model. I explained a point to Tony of a possible deal with Toyota of Boardman. Tony’s’ response was that they were “lying.” Toyota offers a $500 benefit for 2 yr veterans. I asked if exceptions could be made for a veteran of 49 years. Tony said he would talk to his manager and bring my DD214. He took my paperwork to the sales desk and a man laughed and loudly said “seriously.” He came back to tell me Toyota is strict about the 2 yr rule. I understand. However, I believe I was misled he would speak to his manager in advance. I have other beefs about Tony Montazeri. However, I wish I had collected my deposit and gone to Toyota of Boardman. .
