Excellent customer service by Sam and Chad. They made the new car process very easy. Would definitely return to H&H for my next car purchase.

Sam was super helpful and nice. Answered all of our questions. Wish I would have had everything signed already though because I already had to sign more papers after I bought the car and now have to go back again to sign another paper.

My hometown dealer could not match what H & H offered. Since it was a 2 hr drive I appreciated that Dan was able to complete most of the deal & give me the price that did not change when we got there.

We live out of town and found a car online. We had a relative who lived in the Omaha area test drive the car for us. After getting his feedback, we immediately called and said we wanted to buy the car. We spent the day talking to the sales person and got credit approved through the dealership. We were told "Congratulations the car is your's." I asked if there was anything else we needed to do that day to hold the car as we had planned on being in Omaha the next morning. We were told no, we were all set. Less than 40 minutes later we received a call telling us "there was a miscommunication" and the car we had spent the day dealing on, was sold to someone else! We then were offered a more expensive car to purchase. We were left angry, disappointed and in disbelief they were so incompetent. Because we had already sold our other car and needed a replacement, we ended up driving to Kansas to purchase a different vehicle from a company who, with a $100 deposit held the car for 24 hours and "no one else is even allowed to test drive the car." Perhaps H&H should adopt that procedure. We will NEVER purchase from them and they also lost a potential customer in our relative.

Don't like buying vehicles. Salesman made it a great experience. Will go back for next vehicle. Two teenagers need wheels, will probably be back sooner than later.

I met Sam last week when I went in to buy a used van and he made it a great experience. He helped me get the price I wanted and made sure all of my questions were answered and needs were met. Jorge also did a great job of getting the paperwork done in a timely manner.

My husband and I were more than pleased with the customer service. Jarred was great in sales and Jorge was incredible with the credit application process

Terrific service in sales and finance. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed. Both Jarrod and Jorge were knowledable with any questions or concerns I had.
