Brakes checked and replaced as per my request. Car checked overall per my request. Very satisfied with the level of service.

All work done on time and priced fairly. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Mazda. Had a hitch and Thule rack installed flawlessly.

I was looking for a new car and really wanted the head up display - the Mazda CX-5 had it, so my husband and I went to Mazda of Milford. The didn't have the exact model I wanted with all the features, so Gary went above and beyond and was able to get me the exact car that I wanted. I can't say enough about how Gary really made our experience great.

Big Smitty took care of me from day one period the moment I walked in I knew what I wanted and he made all the effort to find my new car. turns out there was only two of them on the east coast and one of them made its way to Milford for me. my finance agent clued me into some discounts and even a huge rebate that I had no idea about period had it not been for Mrs. Deal's diligence and expertise, I would be out quite a large sum of money. This is my second time buying a vehicle at Mazda of Milford and I will continue to purchase Mazda's from this dealership and no other.

Tim and Julian were both waiting for me at the dealership, which made the whole process a breeze. Julian had all the information I needed to make a decision about the lease and he was quick to find and secure the car I wanted. Tim was great at introducing me the new car and explaining all the new features. It was a pleasure to meet him.

The dealer is having facility upgrades done, but was still clean. Service started on time and completed within their estimate. I'd go back.

Selected the vehicle on line. The on line salesmen was very helpful. At the dealership everyone was very friendly and professional. The actual sale process took about an hour with all the information that was given. The facilities was under reconstruction but they took the time to show us what it will look like when it was finished. The vehicle was washed and polished and ready to go when we got there. Overall a good experience, as it should have been.
