This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Ken

This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Ken Ganley Nissan Medina and worked with Rose Strelbicki. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I have the best possible experience as a returning customer ensuring that I got the exact vehicle I wanted. She was communicative throughout the entire process. Rose even went out of her way to thoroughly check over the vehicle when it arrived and found a part not functioning properly, and ensured it was fixed before purchase. I am thrilled with my purchase and the experience I had. I very much look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Rose and Ken Ganley Nissan Medina in the future.

Going to Ganley Nissan Medina was an awesome experience. The general manager Chris Lombardo was very helpful, made my experience very positive, and never made me feel that I was being pressured. Additionally, is not the first time I have worked with Rose. She is the main reason I came back to Ganley. Rose puts you at ease, 100 percent helpful, and can answer any of your questions. Additionally, special thanks to Dan Citno for doing all of the financial paperwork quickly and correctly. Lastly, they have an amazing service department; one in a million.

They went over all my options and found me the car I was looking for in the price range I wanted to be in. I ended up getting one with some more features than the standard model but still stayed under the next level pricing.
