Had to have a factory repair done three times. Obviously spending eight hours total waiting for them to fix a problem 3trips 45 minutes each way . I would... not recommend this service department to anyone unless they enjoy sitting in the lounge.
Had a bad experience regarding brakes. Asked to have them checked while in for oil change prior to a long trip. They said they looked fine. 4hours into... the trip, the bake light would come on and off and then the ABS light on and off. Took the van into a service station and they wondered how Was able to drive it at all. Two brakes were ceased and a third had pieces fall out onto the floor. When I approached Scheidlemantle Motors on their website, they sent form letters in response to me. "Thank you for your inquiry" "We appreciate your interest" "Didyou receive all of the information that you requested?" They didn't even mention the issue that I sent. Buy a car, I have no idea regarding them. Service, find someone you can trust.
After frustrating experience at another dealership, I decided to give these guys a try. Had my vehicle fixed and working properly in 24 hours. Awesome... staff and I will be back for service and purchase my next vehicle from them!!!
My son recently purchased a 2008 jeep wrangler has yet to be able to drive it. Had it back there 3x for problems before the first payment and now it is... undrivable until we can figure out what is wrong with it.....paid over 15k for it and they wanted to charge him for repairs,I don't usually write reviews but if I can keep someone from getting screwed then I have accomplished something. Beware is all I can say,got the story it was his neighbors jeep and how well it was taken care of. Well when questioned about how it was running after purchase we found out they replaced a bunch of parts trying to fix it but chose to sell the problem to a customer......in short don't buy from this place if you don't want to get burnt
I'd have liked nothing more to gIve a 5 out of 5 but there were a couple nuances that were a bit off putting. Like any dealership, the end goal is to get... you in the car you want. To be honest, the way they work was pretty streamlined to accomplish that. When it came time for financing, they gave me a much better rate than I'd asked for, and matched trade in offer of another dealer, top marks for that. Only real thing that bugged me was the gentleman I dealt with was a bit fast paced for me. Not aggressive at all, but liked to move on through topics. Overall though he was a good salesperson, who even called me about an item I left in my trade in. That might not be that impressive, but that's some fine customer service in my opinion.
Best service experience ever. Everyone was very nice and very professional. They took me to Walmart while my truck was being repaired. The repair was... done in less time than estimated.
They will lie straight to your face. They bully you into buying and if you don't they treat you like dirt. Worst experience ever and from the owners son... if you can believe it! I would rather walk then ever buy from them again.

I have had the vehicle back at the dealer for "ESP NOT ON" light blinking, which was one of my concerns when first test drove the vehicle. They said that they had the OEM dealer reprogram the computer system and the light was out the day I picked up vehicle. Less than 2 weeks after buying the vehicle the light is now coming on and off again and they told me that I have to take it to the OEM dealer. If they did take it to the OEM dealer then there should be a notice attached to the driver side inner fender stating that the recall had be done on vehicle according to the OEM dealer.?????
Great dealership! Service staff are VERY personable and helpful! They assisted me in working with Chryler to obtain aproval for vehicle repairs that another... dealer kept dismissing. They provided me with a loaner car during the entire period that my car was being repaired, despite the fact that I did not buy my vehicle from them. They were very flexible and understanding of my needs to have vehicle repairs completed, with sensitivity to my employment obligations and work hours. They were truly Professional in their dealings with me. I will definitely go back to this dealer for vehicle maintenence as well as other needs related to purchasing or providing service. Thank you.
