I must admit that I was not looking forward to purchasing a car! My past car buying experiences have been worse than going to the dentist, however, dealing with the Branhaven sales staff(specifically Michael) was a delight! He was knowledgeable, courteous and never made me feel like running out of the place! His easy-going professional approach made me feel that my concerns about buying a car mattered! I live in Wolcott, CT so there are at least 3 Jeep dealerships closer to my house than Branhaven. Unfortunately, those dealerships follow the "script" that most dealerships follow, lately, and I hate it. I had never heard of Branhaven and I found them through Truecar. I did my research and found that they are a high volume dealership so I assumed there would be a huge showroom with a lot of people working there. I was pleasantly surprised! I bought our new Grand Cherokee for a great price and the whole experience had the feeling of a mom and pops type dealership.
