My title was not processed correctly and Ganley refused

My title was not processed correctly and Ganley refused to fix it stating I should take it to the title Bureau myself. I also had a problem setting up an appointment to have heated seats installed but the salesman did eventually resolve the problem.

Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a

Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a problem with my car radio. Finally, they suggested I should go back to Ganley Buick for a repair. Service Dept took approximately 15 minutes to resolve problem! I'm embarrassed to admit the problem was of my making. I accidentally hit the mute on the radio - something I didn't know existed. I know now but service was very kind about not pointing this out to me. So Thank You to everyone in Service for kindness and promptness.

Shelby was very professional, friendly and easy with whom

Shelby was very professional, friendly and easy with whom to work. She kept us informed on status and facilitated getting the work done as timely as possible. Would use this dealership again for body repairs.
