My title was not processed correctly and Ganley refused
My title was not processed correctly and Ganley refused to fix it stating I should take it to the title Bureau myself. I also had a problem setting up an appointment to have heated seats installed but the salesman did eventually resolve the problem.

Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a
Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a problem with my car radio. Finally, they suggested I should go back to Ganley Buick for a repair. Service Dept took approximately 15 minutes to resolve problem! I'm embarrassed to admit the problem was of my making. I accidentally hit the mute on the radio - something I didn't know existed. I know now but service was very kind about not pointing this out to me. So Thank You to everyone in Service for kindness and promptness.
