2017 Honda Ridgeline

Contacted Milford Chrysler about a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I got a quick response from Johnathan about scheduling an appointment for a test drive. I arrived, vehicle was ready for a test drive, clean and a full tank. Everything went as expected. Gave me a fair trade on my vehicle and I was able to take the vehicle home that day. I do my research on any vehicle I am purchasing, so I knew almost everything about the vehicle before I go. I knew the general going rate for the vehicles before I arrive at the dealership. We ended up at a very fair price, so I was very happy with my purchase. Dealership agreed to some body repairs, so it helped close the deal. There was a recall that needed to go to the local Honda dealership where they found a warranty repair while it was there, but thats nothing that the dealership could have known. Overall, the transaction was great. Everyone was super helpful, dealership was immaculately clean and I would absolutely refer people to them. No tricks, no scams, just a great place to do business with.

DON'T SHOP HERE!

No price on website, just says call for price. called them up and they cant give you a price. Goes by 3rd party something or other. I explained I live an hour away and dont wanna waste anyone's time if truck was over my budget. All he wanted to do was get me in the dealership to talk. I even went back to first salesmen I talked to,(Johnathan) to try to show some loyalty but nothing. there's no price available over phone but if I go there, there is a price...... typical car salesmen B.S. I will Never shop here, i will never send anyone there for a vehicle

Im sorry you are upset, but the outside sale company we had would not allow us to give prices over the phone as we were getting calls from other dealers checking our pricing as it was so low for the sale. My name is John and Im the Sales Manager and will personally go over my entire inventory with you and give you a fantastic deal (the sales company is gone and I can give prices again) I do understand your frustration but we sold a lot of cars for the sale and had people drive over 2 hours to get a great deal. I absolutely had to take care of the customers that took the time to make that drive. You can call me anytime at 570-296-2636 and I will work with you. Thank you.

Unhappy

We had an average sales experience, however all the dealer add ons and insurances seemed excessive. We cancelled ALL of them within the required time. We so far have been reimbursed only a portion, and have been continually told by the finance manager we will receive the remainder. We were even told "the check is in the mail" We have owned the vehicle for 4 months, our next step will be a civil lawsuit if not reimbursed in a reasonable time. I've had it with this dealer and definitely WILL NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

What a great experience!!! No pressure and everyone was friendly and helpful !! Would highly recommend. 5 Star all around Thanks Charlie for my dream Jeep Grand Cherokee!!!!!

Unprofessionalism! "John Fourn

8/21/18 I had a Huge Bang at my door of my HOME! There stood a man whom I have never seen before. Never introduced himself, stood in my doorway and began ranting about "THINGS" I had not a clue what he was even ranting about! Than inquired on my personal life "relationship" I had a 12 yr old daughter home, My 25 yr old daughter, & Myself. There are crazy people in the world today, who come to your home. His behavior acted like that! FINALLY! When I got to some reason of the Intruding at my residence, after a good 25+ Mins. A car deal was done between him and another party not myself. He decided to put me in and my family in a deliberate upheaval. I asked for the Owner in which I have known the Rosado Family for over 40 years. He ran off shouting find Bill Rosado's number look it up yourself. My Family was all here Witnessing & neighbors heard the whole situation. I called the Dealership to speak to the GM Manager, again this man answered. I quote him " If your such good friends with Bill Rosado don't you have his number. Find it yourself. Than proceeded to hang up on me nasty. Now, the deal of the purchase of the car it has now been 3-4 months. Promised a New Hood all paint chipped up on hood, all scratches to be buffed out of entire car and clean interior. NEVER HAPPENED! I am absolutely blown away of the complete unprofessionalism of this man, not to mention that he had the nerve to come to my home unannounced and putting fear into my Family. I want Bill Rosado to Please call me ASAP. I will be contacting the BBB. You should not have a Man working for this Company such as a man with absolutely no dignity! Oh Yes! He made sure to toot his "horn" he has been working there 15 years. He certainly was a womanizer. Berating me when I called and asked for Mr. Rosado's number He hung up several times on us today. I do not think a Employee has a right to come to someones home and berate them, especially when I had not a clue what or who he was & what he was banging at my door for abruptly! You know what it was the Federal Credit Union had one name not two on a Title instead of the two. That is what he came 3-4 months later and he had been communicating with the party through text and calls. What a Horrible experience today for Myself and my Children. Crazy People! Crazy Behavior! Walked in just to look and get some info, and left with a beautiful new Jeep. I can?t express enough how nice and caring they were, just the fact that I told him the situation I was in with my previous vehicle, he immediately did everything he could to help me. the genuine sympathy and compassion he had for me, and his drive to get me into a newer, better, SAFER, vehicle was outstanding and so appreciated. I cannot thank him and the finance department enough for keeping me updated step by step through the whole process, they made sure i knew every detail and I did not leave with questions or concerns. I have recommended everyone and anyone to their dealership because I will always be going back there. Overall a wonderful experience with both the sales man Kyle and the finance people. I absolutely love my new vehicle, I have had not a single problem or regret.

This was the most painless process I have ever encountered when purchasing a car. John, Dave and Gil were honest, quick and so very helpful in getting me into the car of my dreams. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and they made it an extremely smooth process. We had to bring our 3 month old baby with us and they were patient with us the entire time. They even helped us move everything from our old car to our new car. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the superior customer service during our experience. Thank you!

Car of my dreams!

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and have wanted this car forever but was not sure how to make it happen. John, Dave and Gil were amazingly helpful and made the process as painless as possible. I had my 3 month old baby there with us which didn?t make it easy but they were so accommodating. They even offered to help move everything from my old car to the new car and as a new mom I had plenty to move! I couldn?t be happier to finally be in the car of my dreams!
