Service Dept

Ron in Service worked us in as soon as possible to diagnose problem. Ended up being something easy to repair, but wouldn't of ever known if he didn't take the time to at least look at it. Appreciate it very much to get my sons truck back on the road to make $$$. Thank you Ron and recommend Yoder for Service!!

Excellent staff and techs

Took my Shelby GT350 to a dealer that kept it for 5 days and then they told me nothing was wrong. I contacted Yoder Ford and they not only found the issue but fixed it all within 1 afternoon. I am beyond excited to have found such a professional team of techs to work with in the future. They truly went above and beyond to find and fix the issue.

DONT REPAIR RECALLS AND CHARGE

ReCalls don't go there they do not finish the work and they ask for money Purchased a 2018 F-150 xlt4 truck, had two recalls on truck and took to Yoder Garage in Yoder dealership in Garrett Indiana, I'm sorry first recall was door lock and when they redid the door lock I asked for the door lock code because when you #redo a door lock it changes the code I didn't know how to change it upon going in to get the truck the checkout lady tried to charge me for retrieving a door lock number I said this was a recall when you change the door lock you need a new code, nothing was said no charge she tried to charge us $25, call dealership for a tailgate change because the tailgate would come open, in shopping I found out that the tailgate will not lock when I locked the truck, I called them to tell them the tailgate will not lock, and told them there was another recall on the engine from Ford just yesterday for a sounds like a bad piston in your truck, Ron the repairman in the garage said he was not going to take my work because I got bad review from Clerk, and all I said to her was no I do not owe you $25 for a code that had to be retrieved because of a door lock repair. The truck only had at the time 22 or maybe a little more thousand miles on it, after this many mistakes and rudeness and I still need a repair on the door lock in the tailgate Ron says I'm not taking your work truck I said that's all right I'll go somewhere else and give you a bad review because that's what you're doing to me advise people any recalls don't go there

Will not honor warranty

Airbag replacement

I took my car into Yoder Fuller Ford in Angola for an airbag replacement today due to a recall on the airbag. The service center damaged my dashboard and when confronted about this they claim it was like that when I took it in. I am very unhappy with their service and how they handled this. I will never trust them with any of my vehicles it but from them again.

Great Dealership

Purchasing a used vehicle from Bill Yoder Ford has been a pleasure. I especially appreciated their honesty and integrity in doing business. My salesman Ben stayed late and went the extra mile in answering any and all questions about the pre-owned Equinox I purchased. I am not an easy sale, have been shopping for an excellent low mileage Equinox for at least a year and love my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and would gladly drive the 60 miles again to shop at Bill Yoder Ford.

Best car purchase experience ever!

This was the most pleasant car purchase we've ever had with Ben. He went out of his normal business hours to make it happen . It's so nice to have a dealership within a mile of our home that is so remarkable. We will return in the future to purchase our next vehicle.
