I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a

I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

I always purchase new cars online. The usv I was looking was not available by the dealership but @craig & George located the my car which had all options ana color I was looking. The service I received was the best. This is the 1st time I purchase and traide a car from Sierra Mazda. I strongly recommend this dealer. I work with Craig & Geore the Greek and provided the best service ever. Please try this dealer for any car purchases and you will be comlete satify like I did.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! We are life long Volkswagen customers. My wife and I flew from South Carolina to purchase a new 2022 Volkswagen mk8 GTI from Sierra Volkswagen. We paid over MSRP for this new car in March of 2022. Fast forward to January of 2023 we decided trade it in for a VW Golf R. During this process we were shocked to find out the new GTI had an accident on the carfax report dating back to December of 2021! This rear damage accident with another vehicle reported on the Carfax caused us to lose thousands of dollars on our trade. This accident was not disclosed to us. After contacting Sierra Volkswagen GM about this they continue to deny responsibility.
