They were open early and I was able to take my car in and

They were open early and I was able to take my car in and still go to work, they completed the job on the same day and gave me a loaner so I was very pleased with the way they took care of me.

Car was left dirty, they didn’t bother to clean up after

Car was left dirty, they didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. We had them put on aftermarket headlights, but they didn’t hook them up correctly and said it wasn’t their problem to redo them because they worked when they tested them but when it was taken off a lot, they didn’t work properly and told my son they wouldn’t fix it and it’s our problem very unprofessional would not tell people to come here

Steven, the light was not part of the loss on your vehicle. Your insurance company does not pay for diagnosis and installation of parts that are not part of the loss from an accident. We installed the aftermarket light as a courtesy to you. The headlight needs to be diagnosed to find the issue, but that was not covered under your insurance claim. You declined the headlight diagnosis. We have been in touch with the insurance company and assured all authorized repairs were completed correctly. We were prepared to clean your car. However, you instructed our team not to clean your car because you needed it ASAP and would take care of it yourself. We offered for you to come in at another time, convenient to you, to diagnosis your light issue and to clean your car. That offer still stands.

I came in for an oil change, let me first say that I have

I came in for an oil change, let me first say that I have a really busy schedule, and when I called they got me in on the same day. I had 13,000 points and I chased my points in and my $85.00 dollar oil change became $22.00 dollars. And when I got to my vehicle, it was nice and clean. And the staff was outstanding. So remember when paying a vehicle, the brand name matters!! Love my Lincoln!!

The staff at Ken Ganley were incredibly professional. I felt no pressure to purchase my new Corsair but the car basically old Itself. The salesman who worked with me, Mike Mays, made the transaction easy and, strange to say, enjoyable. He answered all my questions and provided follow up.
