the PJ Auto Mall staff from Sales, the Managers, on thru any Service follow up is beyond expectations of any other dealer i have ever dealt with, hands down .. in this day of tough product availability, with very limited customer funds, the desire to SELL SELL SELL must be overwhelming to the Sales Employees.. yet, in this dealership, the consideration for the customer excels that pressure being forced on customers.. this Staff cares, they know their customer base, they work with the possibilities of what is REAL.. the attitude is SO refreshing today to say the very least.. The Service Dept. Steve, Megan and the Mechanics i interacted with genuinely care about SERVICE.. that seems to be a foreign word in today's working climate.. it is very much evident, alive and well in the PJ Auto Mall.. the Mechanics, both the junior as well as the senior mechanic, who attended to my Jeep, came out to completely, patiently explain to me, show to me, how to solve my particular issue, WOW.. Lastly but certainly NOT least, is the cleanliness of the building, the bathrooms, the sitting areas, the coffee area.. comforting, warm and not a place where i am afraid to actually sit on the chairs or enjoy a cup of coffee, thank YOU all.. i am so thankful for having the luxury, the convenience, of this dealership right in my town.... YOU all ROCK ..
the fast service and pleasantness of the staff also the restrooms were very clean and great drinks and snacks offered at no charge while you wait

I have always had great experiences with the sales department at the Port Jervis Auto Mall. This is my first time using the Service Dept. Steve was courteous and knowledgeable, and kept me informed. The service was done right and on time, and they left my vehicle spotless.
Always friendly staff , very clean waiting room. Coffee and tea always available. Wait time for routine maintenance is within reason .
Very accommodating and made diligent efforts to solve the issue. Appears issue is on other end of a technical system, so not yet resolved but working on it
Courteous and quick. Prompt service at the exact time of my appointment. I would recommend doctors train here for promptness.

Diagnosed/notified/repaired very fast Nothing but good to say about dealer RAM better get their stuff together 19,000 miles and it needs an ABS unit? Glad it's under warranty-what about next time?
The whole experience was just awesome, Megan Fitzpatrick kept me informed on everything that was being done. If there were any questions or issues that needed to be discussed, she was contacting/discussing with me immediately. Just made for an excellent experience, and from a customer service perspective, just hit all cylinders (yes, pun intended). She is a rock star.
