DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I called to see if they could do an alignment on my truck which they assured me that they could do the alignment on my truck. I scheduled an appointment took my truck in at 8:30 in the morning Friday they said it would be done in an hour. I got a call back just before noon that they couldn't align the rear, I said ok do I get a discount since you're not doing a four-wheel alignment which is what I'm paying for . I was told no that that's the set price I said whatever go ahead and just do the front because I need to get this done he says okay . A few hours later I got a call that my truck is done but you can't drive it because the alignment is so bad, I asked why my alignment was so bad I drove it there and I was told that it ran out of adjustment which is impossible because it's all Factory. I Simply took my truck in there to get an alignment and that was it I was reassured that they could do it. So I asked if they had checked everything which led to me being on speakerphone talking to this kid that was working on my truck kind of asking him what he's done and if he has checked different things. I'm then told that my truck is going to be brought back in again and he's going to look at it and see if he can adjust it, needless to say several more hours went by I finally called back because it's almost 5 pm now and they said yes we figured it out.. now my truck had been there for 8 hours and I had no vehicle the whole day. I go pick up my truck they're just getting ready to close at this point I wanted my truck back so I get my truck I drive home and the alignment is so bad the truck is almost not drivable now to the point where it's dangerous. The steering wheel is crooked, it pulls to the right and the front end pulls and darts back and forth.. Undrivable on the highway at all. So I wait the weekend obviously they're closed so I call all day Monday from the time they open to the time they close could not speak to a Manager.. I left messages still can't speak to anybody. I call almost the whole day Tuesday still no manager will take my phone call mind you I have not spoken to a manager at all since I picked my truck up. I spoke to the guy at the desk at the service department says he should be the one who speaks to the manager because it's going to come back on him anyhow. I said I just want a refund so I can take my truck somewhere to get it fixed properly because I can't even hardly drive it now. Needless to say here I am 4 days later out 150 dollars, Truck isn't driveable and still can't get anybody on the phone to talk to get this resolved. They have my money and that's all they care about. I've contacted my financial institution about the next steps to take in hopefully getting reimbursement and I'll be turning this dealership in.
