I've purchased 9 vehicles in the last 15 years and I have never experienced the level of customer service Saad provided! He returned calls/texts quickly... and in great detail, he made every effort to find exactly what I was looking for in a Mercedes Benz. I explained our timeline and urgency and he met the timelines with the exact car we wanted. I've been in sales for 19 years and I can tell you without a doubt, Saad works very hard to get you the car you want!

It takes WAY LONGER THAN IT SHOULD TO GET A CAR WASH ON MOST DAYS! TODAY THE "Porter" moved cars that were parked BEHIND MY VEHICLE while JUST moving my... vehicle forward INSTEAD OF WASHING IT! NO APOLOGY FOR MY WAIT, NO EXPLANATION, JUST A LOOK OF " oh well" WHEN THEY FINALLY WASHED AND DRIED MY VEHICLE! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I purchased a used SUV from this dealership. I drove from a state away. When I arrived the vehicle was absolutely filthy, dog hair all over along with... dirt and dust. I was assured everything on the vehicle was in great working condition and checked over by their mechanics. They said they would clean up the vehicle and made me wait almost two hours to have it come back still dirty. Not what I expected from a Mercedes dealer. To make things better I have only had the vehicle for 9 days now and the air conditioning hasn’t been working, like they assured me it was. I took it to a local dealership and the air compressor was broken. $1300 dollar fix. The salesman and used car manager still haven’t returned my calls. Worst service I have ever had. Would not recommend to anyone and will never return. I wish I could give it less than a single star review. It’s sad how integrity and honesty is gone in places like this.

There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so... I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got. That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
My new rep, Ali, has been most helpful in my ongoing purchase of a 2019 Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe. Although they did not have one to take a test drive,... he kindly found one at another dealership. I hope to make my purchase with him and the Bedford Mercedes Dealership once the pricelist for 2019 becomes available.
My experience with the salesman was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I'm now working on my down payment. My mind is set on that vehicle.
