When I arrived Mr Sutter started to help me. He asked if there was anything else beside B1 service. I said yes, I received an email re. wheel repair and scratch repair. He said his body shop was in the grey building. I could walk over or call them. I thought since my car was there for 6 hours someone from the body shop could walk over to service to look at. Oh well, don’t send me emails if you don’t want the business. Then he turned me over to Barb who was better. I didn’t bother asking her about the wheels.

I’m impressed with the dealership diagnostic capabilities. They did a great job fixing my GLS 550. I was pleased with the quality of the job.

Don’t buy used American made cars here.
Definitely would not recommend this dealership to others. Especially if you’re buying a used car of another brand other than Mercedes itself. My wife and I came from Michigan which was a (3) hour drive. As I inspected the vehicle I noticed the power running board was not working properly as pointed that out to the salesman. It seem like they didn’t care to fix it before selling the truck. I didn’t make it a big deal because the salesman told me they’d pay to fix it, it’s not a problem. Long story short they didn’t not pay to fix it as stated after multiple attempts and reaching out to the dealership that sold me the truck. I recently just found out that I need both front brakes and rotors replaced. It’s all rusted out like it’s been sitting in water for months. To me it seems like they don’t care about the American made cars they put on there car lot for sale. No real maintenance or nothing. I haven’t heard back from them since I was told they’d pay for the running board at least. Definitely will not do business with again nor will I recommend them. I really wish I could get my 6 hours of drive time back. More importantly, I wish I never even purchased from them in the first place.
