Winner, winner, chicken dinner

Since the pandemic, it has been difficult to get new cars or cars repaired. Fortunately, that is not the case with Mercedes Benz of Bedford. They have always been courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t dare buy a car or have my precious car repaired any other place.

Tomi is great!

I normally dread dealing with car sales people, but not with Tomi! She immediately made me feel so comfortable, wasn’t pushy at all, and was so informative and helpful! I ultimately went with a different brand, but if you’re looking for a Mercedes I highly recommend going to her!

Tomi

I had an excellent car experience from Tomi she was so nice and understanding. Although I was soo frustrated with car shopping but she really made my day. She was soo helpful. I purchased a 2020 GLC 300 with very low mileage. I’m soooo in love with my new vehicle. I will definitely will recommend her to everyone I know! thanks again Tomi I really appreciate it !

Great experience

Excellent experience here. Bought a BMW here and it worked out great & got a great deal. First class staff and service. They were v responsive to my needs and requests and not pushy. Would definitely consider again when in the market for a car.

Great car-buying experience!

I had a wonderful car buying experience with Barry on July 1, 2023z We began working with him about an hour before the dealership closed. Barry was patient, personable, answered all my questions and didn’t apply any unnecessary purchase before I made my final decision. I really appreciate how he pointed out the key differences between the models that I was considering. He made it easier for me to make my final decision and feel good about it. We finished up our deal over an hour after the dealership closed without being rushed. Chuck, the Finance Manager was also great to work with too. He was also patient while explaining the paperwork. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Bedford! Kudos Barry and Chuck!

A negative experience

I have been a Mercedes customer since early 90's. The service has always been excellent. I moved to Cleveland and I contacted Bedford Mercedes for service (One person that does an excellent job is Aaron). Unfortunately, Aaron was out on 6/12/23. I interacted with Dave Silver and Christopher Tomboy. The experience has not been positive. They have been disrespectful, confrontational, and rude. It is not what I was used to! I tried to contact the service manager and he never called me.
