They ruined my ford escape upon servicing it. out $6k...
They ruined my ford escape upon servicing it. out $6k from them. Management called the police to have the police call me and tell me to stop calling. Ive called 3 times in the past 2 months and they never reached out to make the situation right or even offer an apology.

"Fix or repair daily" -valley ford dump
Valley Ford TRUCK. not sedan or suv. this place is brutal. Ken Pitman, VFT's top service "tech" and his crew should all retire. prob half the staff tbh bc this place is run so "old school", they'd be better off starting fresh. I mean, even inside the building, they've mismanaged a tiny renovation/remodel as for the months I was in and out of there for my Escape, it was like they had totally forgot their building was in shambles/under going renovation.. **ALWAYS BRING A SPARE KEY, details why below took my 2017 ford escape titanium in that needed a tranny overhaul. zero sense of urgency to get the job complete as this repair took just under a months time. no assistance on a rental at all (figured a powertrain warranty repair would include some form of alternate driving for me but no, nothing was offered) and they extended the time frame for when my car would be ready for pick up twice. finally get the car back. head towards 77 and not even on the highway and a check engine light comes on. I call and am nonchalantly told to bring it in tomorrow. bring it in and its an evap code, some kind of emissions code. something that had they test driven it, they would have seen it. also worth noting that the young lady at the front desk told me they had to put gas in it which would have definitely set off that code and the check engine light but they still gave me back my vehicle knowing all well and good that it was not totally repaired. hence why the check engine light came on 4 minutes after driving it. what a joke I thought. so bring it in and they have it for about 4 days. which is a long time for such a measly repair but regardless. get my vehicle back and so far so good. two weeks later, another check engine light. go to oreillys, its a p0141 code, an o2 sensor or something. told guy, don't delete the codes bc I'm taking into ford tomorrow. this is Sunday. the following day, Monday, go to work, come out at 10am to grab something from my car, antifreeze EVERYWHERE. call ford, again nonchalantly told to "bring it on in". so I have it towed to them 11am Monday. go in Wednesday after work 4pm to pick it up. drive towards the highway, check engine light pops on. call them immediately and ask to speak with ken but despite being there 10 minutes prior, had suddenly went home for the day. but again told to bring it in.. i go to oreillys at 5pm that Wednesday and its the same code p0141!! clearly didn't repair it. oh and two other codes came up! bad ones, like crank shaft overheat and crank case temp issue!! the guy at oriellys said they are permanent codes so I had him clear the codes bc I was going to ford again! the next day. go in thursday 10 am, 2 hours later told i need a new o2 sensor. that they didnt test the sensor last time bc they thought it was something else? and the 2 new codes don't exist... who knows but i declined the repair and left. ** after i was told about the o2 sensor, ken handed me my key and told me to go sign something real quick inside. go inside and they want me to sign some sort of disclosure agreement saying that they gave me my car back unrepaired bc i declined it, basically i cover your butt for them. i told her no, im not signing that, and she kept asking, "do you have the key? do you have the key?" hoping that I did not have the key so she could say "well im not giving you the key unless you sign" not blackmail but basically she would have forced me to sign some nonsense or else i wouldnt get the key to my car. I did end up signing a blank sheet of paper to get the 3 office ladies to relax so i could leave. Phil, a "manager" of some sort, called and offered his apology later that day, and would discount the cost of the o2 sensor repair. was a 15 minute call where he made excuses about his staffs poor workmanship and lack of customer service. Miserable dealership and service center. they had my vehicle for about 1.5 months out of the last 2 months and still couldnt figure it out.

Isuzu truck
Dave K. went above and beyond to get me the exact truck I requested. He didn’t try to just sell me one off the lot. I appreciated him going the extra mile to deliver the goods. He now has a customer for life.

Great service!
Heard rattles coming from the front end of my Mariner. They identified the lower ball joint and rear stabilizer as needing replacing. Finished job in less than 1 day. Rides like it has 70,000 less miles on it. Good job!

Valley Ford Truck
We are a municipality that have purchased mulitiple vehicles from this dealer for the reason that they are the the only Crane Carier Co. Dealer in the reigon. We are very disapointed in the dealers inability to diagnoise issues and get them resolved in a timely manner, on mulitiple occasions, We get the impression that there bottom line is the only real concern , not serving there customers. The experience of dropping of and picking up a vehicle is a nightmare, they keep the lot so packed full of inventory that it sometimes takes over an hr for them to get your vehicle dug out awful.. ( only assuming that they have to keep that much inventory for dealer pricing perks) they have the inventory of a lot 5 times there size would have. We dread going there.
