Best worker

I went to Jim for a used car and wasn't sure if it would be possible but Jim made it possible and didnt give up trying to help guarantee that I would have a car when I left and be satisfied. He spent more time making sure I knew what to do with the car and the payment and even helped with insurance. It was overall the best experience I've had. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best car and it was within my price limit. This man Jim is not just a car dealer he is a person who cares about everyone and goes above expectations to make sure the customer is happy. He represents kia well and will be the reason I stay with kia and recommend it to everyone I know.

Great service

I recently signed a lease on a 2014 Rio with help from Bryan Megon. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. I came in early in the month to test drive a few cars and he gave me a quote. I was approved for a lease, but explained that I was not quite ready to get the car. I really appreciated that I was not pressured to make a move quickly. I returned a few weeks later to complete the transaction. He helped me get the maximum discount for which I was qualified and took the time to get in the car with me to explain some of the features. I appreciate that he is a veteran, as I am as well. I was assissted with the lease paperwork by Oleg, who was also friendly and not pushy. I was referred to this location by my sister, who is a very happy customer, and I have referred another individual, thanks to the very positive experience I had.

Incredible staff

I had a flat tire and when I brought it in the staff was quick friendly and hospitable. I was in a out before my lunch hour was even over.

Great Experience!

Great Service - knowledgeable service staff

Vince Barry was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable - he even took the time to explain the process to retrieve the MPG allowance for my 2012 Kia.

Great Service

The service department is clean, neat and the people are polite and friendly. The waiting room is clean and there is a cooler with cold ice water for those waiting for their cars.

The Best

I had the best experience buying my first car Laura was so friendly and never came across as a sales person she was more like a friend . she went above and beyond to make sure i was a happy customer She made sure she found me a car that i could afford and love!! she did a outstanding job ! The entire team is very friendly and helpful I will be telling my family , friends and co workers to go see Laura and the Halleen Kia team at North Olmsted if they want the beat Thank you all for a great experience :)

Someone immediately came and greeted me when I entered the service area. They answered all my questions and the service was quick.

warranty service
