My family bought a used Buick Enclave for about Eight thousand dollars which was a lot of money for us. Within the first week it had mechanical issues that cost us a thousand dollars and two weeks later it finally just died. We didn't drive the vehicle a thousand miles. We called Max Platt and let them know, after being on hold for thirty minutes we were told us "sorry about your luck." The only response we got since then is when leaving a negative review here, which goes to show you they only care how they look, not if they actually take care of there customers. Buying this car was huge for us we finally had a chance to be a two vehicle house. We saved for a while. And thought if we bought from a dealership their is no way they'd take advantage of us. We were wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
