I brought my 2018 Q7 in on 12/22/2025 for three straightforward items: - 12V battery replacement - Brake fluid service - Coolant flush The quote was around $1,400–$1,500, and the car was returned the same day. Immediately, I noticed the coolant reservoir was filled all the way to the cap. When I emailed the service adviser, Devin Hitchcock, he told me not to worry. As a car enthusiast, I simply removed about 500 mL myself — inconvenient, but manageable. Half a month later, while doing my own oil change, I discovered something far more concerning: all eight T‑25 screws were missing from both sides of the front belly pan. Missing one or two would be understandable. Missing all eight is not. That prompted me to check the battery installation, where I found the security strip loose as well. At that point, it was clear the work had been done sloppily. I emailed the dealership again — no response. A week later, I finally received a call from Michael Coughlan (the supervisor). He asked for time until the following Monday because the technician was “in training in MA.” I waited another week with no follow‑up, and every call went straight to voicemail. So I contacted the Audi Advocate line and filed a complaint. Only then did Mike call me back. What he said next was astonishing: he claimed the technician was a senior tech and that my car “never left the floor.” I asked how brake fluid service and a multipoint inspection could be done without lifting the car. His response? “You didn’t do a brake fluid service.” I was literally holding the receipt in my hand. After asking him to double‑check, he realized he had been looking at an old receipt from 2023. He then claimed they “don’t take wheels off on some cars” for brake fluid service — which contradicts the video from two years ago showing my car clearly on a lift. Throughout the conversation, he repeatedly insisted he trusted his technician and implied that because I do my own oil changes, he couldn’t be sure what happened. No explanation for the loose battery security strip. No accountability for the missing screws. Just deflection and blame toward a customer who has serviced their car here for two years. At this point, I told him I do not want anyone from his team touching my car again. He offered to give me eight screws if I drove back — as if that addressed the larger issue of dishonesty and poor workmanship. This experience ends my relationship with this dealership. I’m sharing this so others are aware. If you buy a car here, get your service done somewhere else. If I hadn’t done my own oil change, I might never have discovered the missing screws, the loose battery security strip, or the coolant overfill — and I still have no confidence that the brake fluid service was actually performed

The price of the used car they were selling went up over
The price of the used car they were selling went up over $1000 for what it was the week before the tariffs were supposed to happen. They are price gouging and I would not buy a car for them.

We just purchased a 2024 Audi A4 and was very impressed
We just purchased a 2024 Audi A4 and was very impressed with the dealership and personnel. Our salesman Noel and the finance representative Kit were both outstanding knowledgeable personable gentlemen! We had a hassle free easy no pressure trade in and purchase experience. We would highly recommend the dealership and these two individuals specifically.

My son and I went to audi of Wallingford after having a bad experience at another audi dealer. We were met by Mike who was patient answering all of our questions and showed us the vehicle that my son was interested in. There were no games. We also worked with Roseanne (GM) to finalize the deal. The overall price was good where my son was happy and comfortable with the payments. When my son picked up his new vehicle, Mike showed him all the features that the vehicle came with. If you want a very good car buying experience and looking for an audi, I recommend talking to Mike and Roseanne!

My son and I went to audi of Wallingford after having a bad experience at another audi dealer. We were met by Mike who was patient answering all of our questions and showed us the vehicle that my son was interested in. There were no games. We also worked with Roseanne (GM) to finalize the deal. The overall price was good where my son was happy and comfortable with the payments. When my son picked up his new vehicle, Mike showed him all the features that the vehicle came with. If you want a very good car buying experience and looking for an audi, I recommend talking to Mike and Roseanne!

NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!
NEVER AGAIN will I ever visit this shady dealership. The dishonesty that I witnessed was beyond belief! How do you list a car for sale, work all the numbers with your customer, make them jump through hoops, ask for more money down, schedule the delivery of the vehicle, than at the very last second you say the car has sold as we are on our way down to take delivery. Especially since this was the 3rd day of communication/test drives with the salesmen knowing this was the vehicle my son fell in love with. Mostly since my experience at Valenti Alfa Romeo (not knowing it's the same owner)where I purchased my vehicle was the complete opposite customer experience. Finally as if things could not get worst . . .they did, when the sales manager started yelling at me the customer saying they sold the car right from under my son's feet. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Shop elsewhere if you want to be treated with honesty and respect! I also have been trying to reach the owner with no success. Guess because I'm not a millionaire.

My experience with Audi of Wallingford was fantastic. Ron was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable about the Q8. He searched for all the options I was looking for and explained them in detail. The most important thing was he’s a straight shooter and felt totally comfortable with his personality and how he was always listening to our needs. We highly recommend Ron and will continue to do business with him again for sure. It’s great to see there are still genuine salesman still out there that actually care about you the customer!!
