You do not believe what the customer says. My car broke after it had maintained it. They say that they improved to not being even if repair and repaired a little. So as not to solve the problem, only the repairing cost is taken. I do not want the repair in McCormick.

This was a private seller and he coudnt have been kinder. He let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves. The car looks brand new and I purchased it. Wonderful people to work with.

This is our second vehicle purchase from McCormick. Tom goes out of his way to ensure you're happy with your purchase. With both vehicles we took up to three weeks to research everything before putting any money down. At no time were we ever pressured to buy it immediately. Tom stayed in contact for any questions we had and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly, even if it meant having the service department look it over. While we only dealt with Tom directly for the purchase, we did also chat with other staff including the two owners and they were all incredibly easy to talk to. We've found our permanent dealership.

I can't recommend them enough! This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S from them with only 14000 miles on the odometer. Thomas Nunemaker handled my purchase and was attentive from beginning to end, he followed up after I took delivery of the car as well. This was my first time buying a car online and Tom took his time to address all my questions and concerns. Being an out of state purchase I had the car independently inspected on site. It was exactly as pictured and described except for a small issue with the trunk latch. I thought I might have an issue agreeing on a solution but it was hardly an issue at all. Tom took care of it to my satisfaction. I also had two delays on my end from the inspector and bank and Tom offered to hold the car for me without asking me for a down payment in good faith. To top it all off he offered to have his guys drive the car 120 miles to save me both time and money on transporting the car. The car exceeded my expectations and the dealer went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. I had the car inspected again at my local Mini Dealer in Chicago and the mechanics commented on what a great find it was. I can't stress enough how important it is to feel that you are dealing with honest people, especially if you're buying a car online. This is my fifth car purchase and I can say that I walked away feeling great about the deal and the way I was treated. I wish I could purchase all my cars from them.

Over the past few weeks, I have been to several car lots with the hopes of purchasing a car. I have witnessed rude sales associates, who treated me as if I was nothing more than a quota, until I walked into McCormick Motors located in Nappanee, Indiana. I had the pleasure of meeting with a sales associate by the name of Sue Glant. She was absolutely fabulous! Not only did she help me with my purchase of a vehicle, she made me feel as though I was more than a quota and she truly cared about what I wanted and she tried her best to accommodate my needs. She was very pleasant and down to earth. She was very patient and explained the functions of the car thoroughly and reassured me if I had any further questions or concerns I could contact her personally. I would definitely recommend McCormick Motors if you are looking for a reliable car, with awesome customer service and hospitality.

I found a used vehicle on-line at McCormick. The price was right, so I contacted them to negotiate the specifics before committing to a 2 hour drive to see the car. I dealt with Tom Nunemaker through the entire process. I have purchased several vehicles before and I have to say- I have never had a better experience. Tom was willing to accommodate me through the long-distance transaction by calling me back when I had questions, e-mailing me after hours, gathering information that I didn't have access to and just making the experience comfortable in general. When I arrived to make the purchase, the vehicle was in the bay completely detailed by the porters (who made this vehicle look like it just came off of the auto show floor), the gas tank was full and the paperwork was nearly complete. Within 45 minutes I was on the road back to Chicago with my new ride. I would go out of my way to buy another vehicle from McCormick, even with the burden of making a long distance trek to get there. OUTSTANDING!

I was in the market for a used truck and couldn't find the vehicle I wanted with a dealership willing to work with me in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area. I expanded my search area and found the vehicle at McCormick Motors in Indiana. I emailed Tom about the truck and had a very prompt, no games reply. With the help of Tom, we went from first contact to delivery in less than 24 hours. I have purchased 7 vehicles from 7 different dealerships in the last few years, but this buying experience was the most simple of all of them. It's also very nice to see that there are no additional dealer doc, financing, etc.. fees that arise when doing paperwork. Tom even went as far as to cover the bill to replace a part that I had noticed was non-functional, even though he already had made the deal! Very please with McCormick Motors - definitely worth the drive to have the vehicle that I wanted, and a sales department that doesn't play games.
