Very understanding and listened well.

Very understanding and listened well. An oil change should not take as long as I waited. Also, I only requested an OIL CHANGE when I scheduled the appt. When it came time to pay, and I heard $ 100 and then some? My mouth opened in ??!!! Dave immediately said he would take care of this descripmacy. I was very happy to hear this. If it was not for Dave, I most likely would stop going here. I have been at this particular Ford dealership for many years and all my vehicles were bought here. I understand they are under new ownership, however, I can take my car anywhere for service. DUE to Dave's customer service, I will continue going there in the future.

The GM Tom has always treated me well, and since they've moved to Parma, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan in service. He is great, explains everything, and made me comfortable. I do almost all of my own work.

I do almost all of my own work. But sometimes you need a professional or their equipment. Dylan and Ganley were great. Not the closest or most convenient dealership to me, but worth the effort to deal with honest and capable people.
