I have purchased all my vehicles from here and they are phenomenal!! Great customer service, attentive but not overbearing, very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on the lot and what features they have. Staff that we interacted with were patient and understanding and great with my kids who have special needs, That really means the world to my family! When getting service done on my previous vehicle it was fast and convenient, even when we were waiting for parts they kept us updated with where they were in the process. They really go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and just make us feel welcomed when we stop in. Very happy with my new Electric Blazer!

I had a great experience buying my new electric blazer.

I had a great experience buying my new electric blazer. My salesperson was very patient and kind to my kids who are special needs, which ment the world to me! Price I got couldn't be beat anywhere else so I feel I got an excellent deal!! All around very happy with my experience.

Our experience started good then has turned to crap.

Our experience started good then has turned to crap. Buying the car was good, salesman was great, but as soon as there were problems the service is pathetic. Transmission issue that they tried fixing per their service bulletin. Now transmission issue is intermediate and if they can't feel it, it does not exist. Today we had a heating issue, full heat on and it would not shut off. Decided to go to dealer when this was happening. Checked for codes and nothing. Adviser sat in the car and acknowledged the issue. He said some things can't get fixed and just turn the climate controls off. xxx kind of answer is that? Something is not working right!!! You just get the feeling, they do not care, maybe it is GM? We bought this car kind of as a retirement vehicle and hoped to keep for a long time. Warranty is about up it should be fixed right so we could keep it. We will never buy another car there again.

They seem friendly and courteous, however, pricing was a bit high. The computer even listed their vehicle at $3404 over the national avg of similar cars same age and miles. They did drop it $1000 3 days later after Ibquestioned them about it, but I was finding better deals elsewhere. The man told me an uptick in pricing was coming, as if he knows the future, and thought it was fairly priced. Ok, Good luck, I will keep looking. Keith Castleberry

As always I had wonderful customer service even tho delivery of car was delayed. It was worth the wait. Eriksens has always kept thing’s professional even in unexpected circumstances that can’t be controlled. It was nice having a sales representative who had a lot of knowledge and experience in the car business to meet my needs for reliable transportation.

I have all of my maintenance performed at Eriksen Chevrolet. They have a great group of employees and always do a nice job that is on time and at the estimate for the repairs! I do not hesitate to recommend them.

The salesman then sent an email a few minutes later, and then again on 6/22 and another on 6/24. All of these were sent to the private relay email address that was included on your inquiry. Unfortunately a phone number wasn't provided, so we were unable to call you. We're sorry you missed out on the vehicle you inquired about, as it was sold a few days later. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership!

Best experience I've ever had with a dealership! They were polite on the ball and able to get us in and out in about 30 min. We did call ahead and gave them all the info they needed to died up the pieces and they were more than happy to help us out when other dealers wouldn't.

I purchased a new Silverado in 2021 from this dealer.

I purchased a new Silverado in 2021 from this dealer. In December 2021 it lost power steering. I was stranded in airport parking lot and had to tow it home. The service department insisted I was responsible for getting the truck to their business. After having it for 3 weeks they informed me the problem was a chip that they would have to order and wait for the pandemic problems to shipment and chip shortage to get it. The problem only showed up when the temperature was below 20°. So they assured me I could drive the truck safely when the truck worked. Winter ended and ii continued to drive the truck, waiting for the part to come in to Erickson service dept. In July of this year '22 I was traveling cross country when outside Topeka Kansas going 70mph the steering went completely out and power was gone. Luckily I was able to get the truck to the dealership of Cable Dahmer of Topeka. These guys got my truck in the next day, found the problem (not a chip) and ordered the parts immediately. The parts came in one day. The crew at Cable Dahmer prioritized my work knowing I was on the road traveling. I have to tell you that amazed me as they were super busy with lots of folks ahead of me. They were super. All I can think of is how the Erickson people put me off, lied about the problem, laid blame on other businesses for Erickson Chevrolet's horrible service. Erickson failed me when I needed them most. I was basically without a vehicle for the whole winter. I feel I was also cheated out of that time of warranty. Next time I buy a vehicle it will not be from Erickson Chevrolet in Milan Illinois
