purchased a "certified" used vehicle from them with a 90

purchased a "certified" used vehicle from them with a 90 day bumper-to-bumper warranty. Brought in the van with a list of issues to be repaired including a check engine light. The service department could not or would not repair any of the items on the list and charged us $450 to run diagnostics on the check engine light for an EVAP code that they did not repair. We took the vehicle to Charlie's Dodge the following day where all of the issues including the EVAP engine issue (Purge Valve) were repaired under the certified used vehicle warranty. For those of you using their service department you will need to register a case in Perrysburg Municipal Court for Small Claims to get a refund.

I was told by Rouen their sales guy Jake "xxxxed me" and

I was told by Rouen their sales guy Jake "xxxxed me" and I was essentially forced to buy a used truck with negative 10k equity. This was my THIRD vehicle with Rouen and they delivered a smoke stink bald tire truck. After I had to Prove to them the tires were infact BALD, I took the truck back for an "Air bomb" and new tires. They replaced the RAM factory Bridgestone dueler with cheap Sams club tires that aren't on RAMs list of acceptable tires. The truck still smells like smoke and they STOLE two in-door cup holders and the passenger side floor mat. Manager Gabby calls to pretend to be concerned, leaves a message and WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. I purchased an extended warranty and I'll never be able to gt service because the COWARD SLIM BALL sales staff know they screwed me over. I am thoroughly disgusted with this dealership and their shady employees.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Jimmy gave me the keys to test drive the used truck I was interested in. He made me a fair offer for my trade in and I purchased the truck. It had about 1/2 tank of gas. A.J. quickly and efficiently handled the paper work. There was no pressure to purchase or to buy a more expensive truck. I am very pleased with my experience at Rouen and will visit them for my next purchase.

I knew what I wanted and they worked with me to get it -

I knew what I wanted and they worked with me to get it - they had a truck traded in and let me test drive in raw condition, and had it ready to go home with me within a week. Jerry was a great salesman to work with!

Great experience with Rouen, I asked to see the under carriage of the truck they sent me at least 15 pictures. When I got to the dealership to by the tacoma they detailed and put a half a tank of gas in it for me, and I was out of their in 2 hours

I recently purchased a used truck from Rouen and had it delivered over 400 miles away. Initially I was nervous about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but the entire experience was hassle free and the staff was great to work with. Tait and Jason were very friendly and responsive to my questions. They made sure I knew exactly what I getting.
