Went in to get some repairs done on my Jeep, and it was done quickly and ready for pick up right on schedule. Everything ran smoothly afterward.

It's been a long time overdue, so here it is. 1st deal was beginning of 2020 on a new 2019 Renegade limited. Salesman was Jerry Guess. All went very well as I was ridding myself of the Ford escape I learned I should not have bought. 2nd deal was in earlier 2021, again with Jerry Guess with help from Tom Bialata. This time 2 new 2020 Renegade limiteds, 1 2021 Renegade Trailhawk and 2020 Ram Procity van. Yes 4 brand new cars all with trades, not our first 4 vehicle deal but definitely the best. I learned how an honest salesman is still out there. We, (my wife, daughter, son in law and myself) were very satisfied with the complete process including trade values given. 3rd deal my son in law traded in the Ram Procity van for a used Colorado truck. Again, Jerry Guess and Tom Bialata were involved. All very well handled. 4th deal my younger daughter traded in her car bought when we bought 4 vehicles at another dealership. She bought a used 2021 Mazda SUV with 4000 miles on it. Again Jerry Guess was the salesperson. Apparently Jerry has earned our family's trust. Thank you Jerry and Tom. All of us are very happy with our experience. Sidenote, service department has been fair to work with. After 7 purchases in under 2 years I believe we have a lot of experience and input for any and all buyers out there. Come see Jerry and Tom for a great car buying experience.

My wife and I are actually in the market for two cars. I need a truck and she has been wanting a Jeep Wrangler again. We thought Greigers might be a good spot to look at a Dodge truck and a new Jeep Wrangler and buy both at one dealer. We pulled into the dealership late as we had made a couple other stamps to look at trucks. A salesman walked out of the office and introduced himself like this.... “Hello, I’m Chuck, we close in nine minutes”... Now, I get it that we did arrive late but he made it VERY clear that him going home on time was MUCH more important than our interest in buying 2 cars.... We immediately left and went back to Toyota. They met us with a smile and even though they were also closing soon. Assured us we could look around as long as needed and they would help us in any way. We are going back tomorrow morning to pick up our new 2019 Tundra. I think we will look for another JEEP dealer to buy my wife’s Wrangler. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this dealership. Completely unprofessional.....

We were looking to purchase a new Jeep Renegade and finally found the perfect salesman in Justin at Griegers Dodge/Jeep. Over the course of 5 months striking out on finding the right sales tempo with 4 other dealers (our local dealer in Plymouth never even got back to us), the right vehicle, and financing that fit our needs we hit pay dirt. Justin at Greiger's stayed in contact with just the right amount of emails along the way and a couple of phone calls. I had a feeling with our conversations that this was going to be the right place to buy a vehicle. We made an appointment for this last weekend, and were warmly greeted. Even though we had test drove a vehicle at another dealer he had us test drive another Jeep Renegade there in case we had any questions. The one we test drove was almost what we were looking for, and he asked us if we would like to check out another color or one with other options. The dealership looked small from the front, but we were pleasantly suprised when were taken to the back and they had a whole row of Jeep Renegades (I think 16 in total). We picked out our color of choice and found the perfect one with the right price and options. Justin made sure that this was the dream vehicle we were looking to purchase. We were then taken inside offered something to drink and looked at finance options. To make a long story short the whole experience was what we felt it should be at a new car dealer from start to beginning! I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends, and plan on buying another vehicle there someday again soon. Thanks Justin and thanks to Greigers Dealership, your a class act!!

We have bought and serviced 5 Jeeps at Grieger's over the past 3 years. The service department takes the time to go through with you every detail of your service, including costs, and gets you out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Griegers.

I had never purchased a brand new car, especially using online help, but the Internet Sales Team here was great, and I was even more impressed when I was there in person! I felt none of the pressure dishonesty that could go along with buying a car! I got the Jeep I wanted at a price better than I had expected!!!!!

Drove 3.5 hours to work with this dealership as they were the only dealer that was willing to work with us on a very unique situation. Easy and open communication and did everything they could to ensure my time was not wasted. They stayed late to take care of my needs. We had looked all over the area for a replacement car after a crash. Steven helped us quickly find the car loved, but my husband was so taken with the dealership and selection that he decided he needed a car too. They made us a great deal and the paperwork was easy!
