    Their service department doesn’t know what they are doing. Took them 5 times to fix a door panel rattle and they ended up damaging it then tried to cover... it up. Have had electrical issues and they are not able to figure it out had to have gm tell them what to fix and even order the part for them. The gm and owner of the dealer won’t return ur phone calls either. They have unqualified techs working there. Go to another dealer.

    I have worked with Tony Foos now on 7 of the last 8 vehicles and will continue to as long as I and looking at a Buick or GMC truck. He is responsive, not... pushy, and easy to work with. But everyone at Joyce is friendly and accommodating including the service dept. Currently we have been shopping for a car for my fiance which is a slow process and while I can't say what she will ultimately pick I will say during this Tony and Joyce have been exceptionally accommodating to her decision process as well as our questions and indecisiveness. My experiences at some other dealers have not been nearly as fun or pleasant and definitely alot more work. Also after purchase experience is just as important and after my recent first experience in many years at a non Joyce service dept I have realized I may have become spoiled by them. If you are looking for a GMC or Buick put these guys at the top of your list.

    Just finished my lease on a 2015 GMC Terrain, 0 problems through the length of the lease (and I drove 48k miles on this car, from New York to Denver and... Michigan to Georgia). Turned the car in with some dings and minor detail problems, had service do a great job repairing those extremely cheaply, and a brand new windshield half the price of what was quoted by Safelite Repair. My salesman, Alex Joyce, spent a ton of time talking to me about what I liked and disliked about the vehicle, as well as my needs moving forward. He presented me with substantial GMC loyalty incentives to enter into another lease, which I did on one of the last available 2017 GMC Terrains, same exact model - except now with AWD and a sunroof, and my monthly payment only increased $10/month! Also bought the additional "dings and dents" insurance so that when I return this leased vehicle, those small repairs won't be out of pocket. Incredible service, incredible people, wouldn't get my car anywhere else.

    First it was difficult to get to the dealership during business hours. They are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm. Most other dealerships are open... until 7 or 8pm. Some on Sundays. Their hours of operation made it as though if I wanted to take a test drive I either came in on a Saturday or take time off of work. Had I bought the vehicle I feel as though they would not have been there. After reviewing the vehicle I pointed out some areas of concern, the rims were scratched and the left side of the rear bumper was hanging off of the body. I was told "we don't have a body shop to make those repairs.". I was then told we don't negotiate the price either. The sales person also said that in today's world he can get the asking price due to internet sales and they were happy to sell to an out of state buyer. The final straw was when I was told it is just as difficult now a days to get a car loan as it is a home loan. I am 45 years old with excellent credit and good income. I had money to put down as well. But we never got to that point in our discussions It became clear to me that they just did not want to make a sale. I went to a competitor who put me in a 2017 truck that was twice the sticker price. No problems with financing. The dealership I did purchase from was open until 8pm during the week. Their service shop is full service and is open until 7pm on weeknights. I have left the competitors name off of this review, because I wanted to show the flaw in Joyce way of servicing customers. My wife will be looking for a vehicle soon. We will not be visiting Joyce.
