The entire buying experience was absolutely wonderful! Igor was great, personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great salesman. In the 50+ years that I have been buying vehicles this was the very best by far!!!

I?ve had the car 4 months?it?s been back for service 6

I?ve had the car 4 months?it?s been back for service 6 times. The latest repair to be made (that was caused by the service department fixing something that did not need to be fixed?.long story), replacing the rear window molding, was done poorly. The glue (?) that was used is all clumped up in a few places oozing out from the bottom. So, I guess when I take it back for the SEVENTH time (replace driver?s side rear appliqu�?not even sure why they were on that side), the window molding will need to be fixed AGAIN.

There is no stress buying a car at Joyce Buick.

There is no stress buying a car at Joyce Buick. There is NO hard selling. You are treated like family. I know I got a great deal and would recommend to anyone.

Jayden Quinn was an excellent salesman and went the extra

Jayden Quinn was an excellent salesman and went the extra mile at every turn from start to finish. Unfortunately I can't say the same for their body shop, there was 2 minor paint issues that failed terribly and will need a quality bodyshop to correct now. Donny in finance also deserves a round of applause, he also was great to work with. I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership, but from how the minor scratches were handled and the length of time they had the car i likely will not shop with Joyce in the future.

Routine service of my 2016 with 118,000 miles was as

Routine service of my 2016 with 118,000 miles was as expected. The extraordinary part was I forgot to mention that the arm of the rear wiper failed. I mentioned it in passing to the service agent and he offered to install on in the parking lot. The dealer parts department did not have the wiper in stock. They called the nearby Chevy dealer an obtained the part. Then the service manger installed the wiper arm and blade in the parking lot himself at no additional charge. I was one happy camper. So happy I bought a new Yukon XL SLT. I was very happy with the vehicle purchase experienced including the salesman, finance officer a dealership owner who stopped by and said hello. Atten to detail at this dealership is extraordinary form the initial drive up to departure. This difference in experience was demonstrated by a prior visit to a dealer in Littleton,Colorado who dropped the ball at so many levels I cancelled a routine appointment on the spot.

Amazing sales experience at Joyce Buick w/Jenna R.

We worked with Jenna Raney at Joyce Buick/GMC in Avon, who was absolutely amazing. We have been to a lot of local dealers and Joyce Buick/GMC and Jenna Raney were by far the best and most professional dealer and sales professional that we came across. Jenna went way above and beyond to go over the suv we purchased. She showed me how to use every feature and went over everything again before we left. She responded quickly to all my questions before we ever got to the dealer. She was professional and easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Paid for a diagnostic test, test done in 45 min.

Paid for a diagnostic test, test done in 45 min. Waited 35 to pay the bill. Approached by service rep, who informed that my car needed wiring done, when I pointed to my car, she then asked why I was still there. Informed that we “we all look alike” along with other inappropriate comments. Then I found out that the diagnostic test did not even address the main cause of my problem. Why not. Wrote letter no response. Guess they do not care about old women.
