Best car purchase I’ve had!

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!

Not worth the visit

Went there to look at trading car in for bigger vehicle. Told the salesperson I was upside down, etc. Bought vehicle from Webb Ford 2 years prior, the salesman didn't ask my name, wasn't interested in "helping" to make me want to come back once I had paid down the vehicle some more, didn't offer anything but - nothing we can do and a snarfy attitude. Most older people already know the ins and outs this is the second time dealing with a Hyundai dealership to be treated disrespectfully. Hyundai may want to think about their customer service - repeat business means staying in business.

Outstanding Service!

While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. Jim and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

Hi I had to spent the whole morning with two dealers accomplishing absolutely nothing and then I went to Webb and had a great buying experience with Glenn Hoffman He actually listened to what my needs were and criteria of the used car I wanted to purchase and I had a tall order Glenn knows his inventory and was able to show me 3 cars that met my needs below my tight budget!
