I took my car in for oil change.

I took my car in for oil change. I have been here before several times and was happy with service. We were watching for a small potential oil leak. Previous service advised to have checked in jan. Which was yesterday. The change was complete, the service person bought the bill to the billing counter. (dont know his name - never introduced himself never saw him before today) I tried to inquire about the potential oil issue, he continued to walk away with his back to me the entire time, answering I believe "no". Could have cared less. Did not give me the time of day. After being there for approx 2 1/2 hours with a bill of $185.00 no response. The gal at the reception area observed his response. I have never had that at this dealership. I was actually surprised. Fortunately there are other dealers in the area. Was trying to anticipate a big repair. Will give the business to someone else. Very disappointed and so rude. I recently was looking there for a new car. Fortunately bought it from other dealer down the road.

Factory MSRP: $61,655 $11,089 off MSRP! 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy Creamy White Pearl AWD Calligraphy 4D Sport Utility 2.5L. This was the ad this dealership posted on both their website and cars.com. Although the sales person told me that the car was available, when I told them I would buy it, it became unavailable after talking to a sales manager. If you made an honest mistake, why not just own up to it?

Jacques was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jacques was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming into the day we test drove at Webb Hyundai Merrillville, we were leaning towards a luxury mid-size with BMW and Infiniti at the top of our list, and we closed out the day by driving home in a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Jacques was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not too pushy but also stayed on us once he saw our interest increasing. Much of the reason why we ended up choosing the Palisade Calligraphy was due to his approach, as the many the dealerships we went to within our test-drives did not provide a good experience. It also helped that the dealership itself was nice with responsive parts and service employees, free car washes, and a comfortable service area given how long it can sometimes take getting your car serviced at a dealership. Very happy with our decision to purchase from Jacques and Webb Hyundai Merrillville. Highly recommend!

Dealership was great.

Dealership was great. Everyone that we encountered was great. Mr Hughes listened to what we wanted and delivered. It wasn’t about a sale but helping to find the perfect vehicle and making sure we were happy.

The service was performed quickly, and staff was

We had an appointment time of 1:30, and when we arrived

We had an appointment time of 1:30, and when we arrived our salesman was with another client. We waited 30 minutes then asked someone what was going on. We were then placed at a desk and waited another 30 minutes. The car was not ready even though they knew we were coming the day before. Total time there was 3 hours. Very dysfunctional place.
