They stole $4000 from my 18 year old daughter. They sold her an $800 Jeep for $4000. After the sale, it still took almost $2000 to get it mechanically... sound. These are thieves who care nothing for customers.

had a great experience at the Dealership...everyone was very helpful in locating my perfect Ford Edge...my color...we were delighted how beautiful it is...the... minute we arrived on that Monday our picked salesman was on his day off..however we just wanted to take test drive...as we have a 2015 Escape..deciding if we would buy another...or get the bigger Edge.. The young man grabbed the keys and took us for our test drive ...working there for a couple of weeks..Lance was great with his customer service...as a former manager of a big box store...I look for just that type of person...when we got back...I told him what I was looking and he went right in and got to work on it with the person who could locate my new 2018 White Gold...Edge..found...happy we were...finished up with Mark Pauley personable thoughtful he was...As my daughter had done business with Mark xxx well earlier this year..We were very happy....an I love my beautiful Edge..

Scheduled oil change and inspections on a Friday morning and afternoon for two family vehicles and Ray Jenkins was not in for the morning and Nick Reedy... immediately took care of me. Nick stated he would get the team right on it and I was ready to go about 72 minutes! So, I brought my daughter's vehicle over with the known Focus shutter for the afternoon. Ray asked Nick to take a look at what I wanted to show and Nick stood there and described the malfunction and the known recall and resolution that Ford had applied and they took a look at the TCM after the other maintenance was complete and asked that I schedule with them for a thorough review of the Focus to resolve the On-board diagnostics sensor. I did call back and Ray had a day and time all setup for my return visit on 20 Sep 18. Good team work and Nick was the super trooper that I had met the first time! Thanks!
I was dealing with Sexton a few months ago. The experience was so awful that I had all together stopped car shopping. It went far beyond the excessively... high sales tactics (90% of which was the sales manager). Originally, I had told them that my significant other didn't need to see the car. While they were working the deal I had began to have this suspicious uneasiness with the situation. Lot's of little red flags began to pop up. I told them the situation had changed and that my other half would need to see the car. Not a bad request, you would think. Wrong. After about 10 minutes of back and forth with the phrase "but you said...", I concluded with "Then I won't by the car. I'm done." Then, and only then, did they let me take the car to his near by job for him to see. I was back within 30 minutes. Wait! There's more, it gets even better! It's a good thing that I did take it for another set of eyes to see. The car constantly pulled to the side. Guess what? The front tire was low... at least that is what they told me. I bought into the gimmick, good thing he didn't. He quickly recognized that it had been in a wreck (he did some little eyeball trick looking at the hood). It worked! When I arrived back at the dealership, I asked the salesman "Has this car been in a wreck?" Now, here we go again. It was like pulling teeth to get him to pull the cars history and show me. Again, I had threatened not to purchase the car. Guess what? It was in a front-end collision. Guess who acted fake surprised? The sales manager and salesman. I guess we found out why it pulled to the side and had a low front tire! It's easy to blame the tire. I decided to fully back out of the deal when I had learned this new information. It would have been nice if you hadn't failed to disclose the information. It would have been even better if I hadn't had to the fight the information out of them. Then sales manager gave me so much attitude and honestly belittled me after I had chosen not to purchase the car. Why should I purchase a car that you were not honest with me about? Why should I purchase a car from someone with an aggressive condescending tone? When I tell you someone else needs to see the car, why give me attitude? I should feel comfortable with the purchase. I wish I could choose zero stars for this dealership. This is a real shame, too. My family had purchased many cars from Sexton, historically. That business is gone and my extended family is aware. My Aunt was kind enough to tell me she went to another local dealer to buy her new Platinum trim Explorer and had a great experience. Her F-150 she traded, came from sexton. My Uncle was kind enough to buy his new Limited Expedition somewhere else, too. He had them get it from their sister dealership, while you had the color and trim he wanted. I'll let you estimate the potential sale loss, even though it's probably just a drop in the bucket to your sales manager.
