My daughter was looking to buy a new car.

My daughter was looking to buy a new car. She always drove a Mazda and liked the CX 30 that I bought from Key 2 years ago. We went over and talked to Randy Webster who kindly showed her different models . After a couple of test drives with Randy she decided on a beautiful red CX 30. Everything making this deal was very easy going for her no stress. Thanks to everyone at Key for a pleasant deal.

We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC

We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC purchasing our new 2025 Acadia. Brian MacGee was wonderful to work with along with General Manager Theron Maring and all the other great staff. Brian especially has spent a lot of time going over all we need to know about how this car works and has several times answered more questions since we purchased the car a week ago. He helped us purchase new cargo mats and get the protective coatings on the car, inside and out. Brian has been professional, friendly, and so helpful to us. We highly recommend Brian and the Key Auto Mall GMC team and will definitely consider them for our next auto purchase.

I did have a pleasant experience purchasing my truck from

I did have a pleasant experience purchasing my truck from Jay at Key, however their service department is a giant cluster and whoever runs it must have never heard about customer service. Last time I was there for an oil change, it took over 3 hours and I heard “5 more minutes” for about 2 of those hours. I then took the truck in for fuel filters since they opted to not do that during the 3 hour oil change. I also had a seat belt that had issues and a check engine light. Received a call that it was going to be $850 for the fuel filters, diag, air filter (which they claimed was the wrong one…however they are the only ones to service it since new), and the seat belt. They she was adamant that the regen to clear the check engine light was not covered under warranty. She said she is taking off the diag and seat belt charge, but we shall see when I pick it up, as I am not the only person to buy a brand new diesel truck that has experienced these issues from them. I would recommend Jay, however with their service department, I’d never give Key business again.

I arranged a viewing for a used Ford F-150 with Brian Magee. Upon our arrival at the dealership, he had the truck prepped for a test drive. Brian possessed extensive knowledge about the truck, despite it not being a brand they sell new. He demonstrated all the truck's features during the test drive. Aware that we lived an hour away, they expedited its preparation after we made the purchase. Austin Jakubowski managed to have two people clean it for delivery..

Scheduled for an oil change march 20, yet they just

Scheduled for an oil change march 20, yet they just drained the oil and never put a new oil on it. Called me and said vehicle service is done, recall and oil change. Drove 50 miles from dealership to home at 6 pm. Got a warning from my mazda app for low oil. Checked at midnight when engine is cold, dipstick is dry. Pure negligence! Yes, this is Key Mazda in Moline, IL. Dealership did an oil change as soon as the vehicle arrived 21st, glad mazda roadside assistance was prompt and did free tow for my vehicle. Checked by putting a little oil, they said the dipstick could be wrong, but yes there’s oil right away! The dipstick detected that little amount of oil they put right away! Then they told me i’ll just wait inside while they do the check/service or whatever. Hours passed, chief mechanic said no harm was done to the engine. I doubt it! For now yes, but for sure in the near future it would, of course they would cover up their mess. They took a life of my brand new engine! They mentioned about the engine has a warranty, if something happens call mazda roadside assistance. And uggh, the chief mechanic smells alcohol on his breath while talking close to us, idk if this matters. Even slammed my car’s hood in front of us, we were terrified. Wife cried, of course she was afraid. I asked the ‘acting manager’ during that day, he said thats what mechanics do. Pure xx! Harm was done, they took the most important thing from a customer who purchased an almost brand new cx90, the “peace of mind”. Now im left with the fear of “anything can happen” to my vehicle. They gave me a coupon for a free oil change when i come back. Never again!

In our journey to find the most suitable 3/4-ton truck

In our journey to find the most suitable 3/4-ton truck for our family, we stopped by Key Auto Mall in Moline, IL, to take a close look at a GMC Sierra 2500. Having driven a RAM for the past 3 years, we were highly considering the RAM 2500. We never once had an issue with our last RAM, and that spoke volumes for us as far as reliability is concerned. Not knowing much about the GMC Sierra 2500, we went into the dealership with an open mind, looking to learn as much as we could to compare with the RAM 2500 we were considering. We met up with Brian Magee in the sales department, and let us just say you could not have asked for a better person to warmly receive us and be our guide throughout the entire process. Our intention was to learn everything about this truck—not to purchase it—so that we would have another vehicle to compare with the RAM. Brian listened to our needs, carefully explained all of the features and conveniences this gorgeous truck has to offer, and spent the entire day answering any questions we could have had. He went over every detail of the truck with a kind approach and extensive expertise, which was an absolute pleasure. Needless to say, we came to the conclusion that our family needed a GMC Sierra 2500. I cannot express how much Brian went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and like members of the family during the entire process. That meant a lot to us, considering how stressful the overall experience of shopping for vehicles is.
