It took a long time to get the parts due to supply issues, but the staff and dealership was very good about completing the work as soon as it arrived.

The service dept at Heritage is the best! My 2021 Jeep Cherokee was due for routine maintenance and I got an appointment the same day it was requested. And, I didn’t even have to leave my house which was even better! Because of the trust built with Heritage, one of their employees, Tommy, was able to come and pick up my Jeep and return it so I literally didn’t have to do anything! I also received a follow up call from the service manager Jake to ensure my expectations were met!
