I have always been told to stay away from taking your car to the dealer because they would charge you way too much for everything that they did. I have found that to be not quite the case here at sunshine Ford. They have always done a good job and been quite thorough. I do think that their labor charge that they have posted is quite ridiculous! Who can make over $200 an hour on a pretty common job. I do think that that is a bit disgraceful. But I enjoy the people that work there. They’re always very kind and very helpful.

Words cannot begin to even explain what an awful experience this dealership is. Stay far away unless you want to continue to experience issues even months after you purchase the vehicle. Dealer registered the car to the wrong address, KNEW they did, and still sent us the registration without saying anything even after the postal service sent them back the registration. On top of it, they screwed up the insurance which caused DMV to suspend the registration. And because they registered it to the wrong address, we were never notified until we were pulled over. They refused to assist with getting things fixed and took ZERO accountability for their mistake. Imagine having a brand new car that you cannot drive and will owe the DMV hundreds of dollars due to their mistake and they refuse to make it right. Even after speaking to multiple people, including a VERY rude and disrespectful manager, it's clear this dealership does not care about their customers or keeping business. All you are to them is a quick buck and a paycheck. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Service department is always courteous and friendly. Work is completed on a timely basis and the work is always satisfactory. I have been servicing my vehicles there for over 5 years and am always happy with the results.
