Outstanding service experience. From picking up the car, frequent updates by text (my preference) in the days leading up to the service appointment, and phone calls to let me know when pick up and delivery will be...it was truly an A+ effort. Thank you, Sunshine Ford!

Sunshine Ford located the exact vehicle I wanted, had it brought to the dealership in a very timely manner, was very pleased with both Mckenzie and sales manager Lance. Communication was great during the process

Words cannot begin to even explain what an awful experience this dealership is. Stay far away unless you want to continue to experience issues even months after you purchase the vehicle. Dealer registered the car to the wrong address, KNEW they did, and still sent us the registration without saying anything even after the postal service sent them back the registration. On top of it, they screwed up the insurance which caused DMV to suspend the registration. And because they registered it to the wrong address, we were never notified until we were pulled over. They refused to assist with getting things fixed and took ZERO accountability for their mistake. Imagine having a brand new car that you cannot drive and will owe the DMV hundreds of dollars due to their mistake and they refuse to make it right. Even after speaking to multiple people, including a VERY rude and disrespectful manager, it's clear this dealership does not care about their customers or keeping business. All you are to them is a quick buck and a paycheck. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Service department is always courteous and friendly. Work is completed on a timely basis and the work is always satisfactory. I have been servicing my vehicles there for over 5 years and am always happy with the results.

Got a new car from them recently and Jade, Lance, Frank, and Andrew were great. Personable and transparent Love the car; it has great lane centering even off of highways and is fun to drive

I went to Sunshine Ford to book a recall repair appointment for my 2022 Bronco. I wanted to find out the cost of an extended warranty in the event I kept my 2022 Bronco for another 2 years. The salesman pointed out that in addition to the cost of the extended warranty, I would need to buy new tires. The salesman found a 2025 model for me that was similar to the 2022. At first, I was undecided. When I went back for the recall repair, I decided to buy the 2025 Bronco the salesman recommended. I love my new Bronco. I am glad I listened to his advice.
