I have a 2013 Ford F250 I have been trying to get a hold

I have a 2013 Ford F250 I have been trying to get a hold of Brigham city Ford for over three hours all five numbers it just rings trying to find out what the history is on my truck that they worked on because I’m having problems with my exhaust def system when it’s the NOX code P2 07F and I still haven’t heard from them I’ve never had a problem with this company, but something needs to change.

Don’t deal with young

recently dealt with these people I told myself I would never do it to buy a piece of equipment. They called and called and promised all these deals when I get there they didn’t know I was coming, but they made me an appointment, and then the kid that tried to help me didn’t have a xxxx clue about what I was trying to buy. They tried to sell me something I wasn’t even looking for and mind you. It’s a piece of equipment when he came out with the first offer. It wasn’t even what I was looking for or Wanted. Then he came out with another offer mind. You kept me sitting at a table for two hours with not one answer of any of my questions. All he wanted was information very upsetting, and he came out with an offer that was likes. $4500 more than even discussed they had tacked on all these extra expenses government low jack all this crap. It’s a piece of equipment and you took my license to take a copy and would not give it back. I told him I was done I wanted to go. Where was my license? He would not bring me my license. Then he sent out the big dog who told me he was doing everything in his power to make me the best deal possible, I didn’t feel comfortable. I kept trying and trying to leave. They kept pushing and pushing and pushing it was not until I pushed back because I’ve been in retail are used to sell trailers. I know how it works. Yes I bought the equipment because I felt like I pushed and got a good deal but at the same time I’m afraid to look around further to see if I really got a good deal . I do love the tractor I don’t feel like I was treated correctly do your due diligence before you go into a dealership You must first be sold on the dealer that’s trying to help you before you buy anything and I was not comfortable and I’m still not comfortable but I’m a dumb xxx I bought it anyway and then you have to feel comfortable about your purchase I just hope their service department is way way better than their sales department. What a joke I wanted to implement and I found the same thing cheaper but they wouldn’t match it. They wanted $400 more than the competitor. Do you want my advice shop around don’t deal with Young at any cost.!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Bunch of crooks.

The service was absolutely terrible. It’s pretty sad when Ford can’t fix their own vehicles. I took it in for a possible draw. They ran their tests and couldn’t find anything pulling power from the battery. Said my battery and alternator were good and they didn’t know what the problem was… said to bring it in again if it persisted. Well my truck of course kept on dying. I called them again to get an appointment as the technician advised. Called multiple times over a matter of a month and no one would answer the phone calls or voicemails I left, including the manager. My wife worked their previously, so she gave me the bosses number and finally SOMEONE answered. I got an appointment. They took my truck in on a Tuesday and I didn’t hear anything from them until I decided to call them on Saturday before they closed. Took forever for someone to answer. Finally an advisor picked up the phone and said they still hadn’t found anything… said that they were “chasing a ghost” with it. I asked if they had any ideas and the guy told me that the truck was turning on by itself at night… didn’t know they did that without keys. Come Monday they called ME… wow that’s a big deal. Said that now all of a sudden they ran more of the same tests and came to a conclusion that my battery is bad. Hmmm… interesting. Now it’s just bad even though it’s had TWO appointments with them and a whole week with them and now all of a sudden it’s bad. I tell them that I can come pick it up at 5:00 pm and I get there and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 6:00 pm… really??? I come back and then they apologized for the inconvenience. Literally the least they could do. I asked the guy why I was getting charged this time for the same things they did during the first appointment. His answer was, “I felt bad for charging you the first time.” I continued on telling him how weird it was that all of a sudden my battery was bad. As I said that, an ADVISOR walks past and says that’s what Fords do and continues to walk on by to his office to do nothing at. They then redirected me to someone else to pay for it so they didn’t have to deal with me. The ladies shift was up but they didn’t care even though she was on her way out. So the moral of the story is that young Ford Brigham city is absolutely unprofessional as can be and really don’t care about it. Save your money by going somewhere else. You probably have a better chance. I’m not a person to do this but my goodness my patience is up with them.

Absolutely stellar!

Our trip was interrupted by a broken throttle body. We were not moving on the highway and managed to limp it into the Ford service dept. in Brigham City. It was a Saturday and they were very busy. Skyler Nelson had tech (James) hook it up to the diagnostic machine and he fixed the problem by replacing the part and it took just under an hour and we were back on the road. There are not enough stars here to describe the service we received. I’ve never had such excellent vehicle service in my life!

Tractor

The group was great to work with. Maximo was good to deal with even though it may have not been what he usually sells. (LS tractor)

Great Experience

I am writing on behalf of my Mother & Father in-law in regards to their recent Ford purchase. After countless hours spent looking at several dealerships speaking to overbearing & aggressive salesman’s they were pleasantly surprised with their experience at Young’s in Brigham City. They were greeted by a gentleman, his name Is Dean Betz, Dean is a salesman there and I must say from the moment they met they felt at ease. They felt no pressure from Dean & they appreciated his knowledge & the time he took with them. Dean & the finance dept were excellent to work with. My in-laws said in all their years doing business with different dealerships across the state that this was by far the best transaction they ever had. If you’re looking for a vehicle they highly recommend going to see Dean Betz @ Young’s Ford in Brigham. Sharlee W.

Best in Utah!

Buying a car at Young Ford in Brigham City was the smoothest and nicest experience we’ve ever had with any authorized dealers around Utah. Everyone that came in contact with us was very nice, polite, respectful, and advocated for our benefits and the best financing rate. We want to shout out especially to Dean Betz. He went over and beyond to get us the car we wanted and the best deal possible, revealing himself to be a great and professional salesman we will recommend to everyone. Nanette is a true champ and knows what she’s doing! We are delighted with the entire process and our Ford, and if we need another car in the future again, no doubt there is where we are going. Thank you! You are the best in Utah!

Great customer service, awesome salesman & very ..

Dane Rogers was so awesome so knowledgeable and so kind. There was a 2020 exactly like the 21 we was looking at but the only difference was the 20 had a rebate, oh and power seats but he saved us $5000. Everyone was just so very kind I recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to spend the extra time and go to Brigham City
