We love Meriden Hyundai

The staff is very friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our vehicle choices and ultimately with our purchase. Highly recommend!

No

I do not know what to tell you. I went in to buy a car and did that! Not to happy I had to return in less than a week of owning the car to have the headlights replaced since something is wrong with the ones on it right now cause moisture/water is getting inside!

Best car buying experience Ever

I called and spoke with Haley. I told her about my current situation and said I would not come there unless I knew they would help. We did everything on the phone. When I got there everything was done. I just took the test drive and picked the color I wanted. The guy who took me on the test drive was so informative. He explained the buttons and functions. During the drive he had me do certain things so I could see how the vehicle works. They paired my phone and had me all set when it was time to go. They explained all the books and guides given to me. Everyone was patient and loving. I absolutely never had a buying experience as good as this. This is not my first dealer purchase but my first with this type of atmosphere. Can’t wait for my oil change just to see everyone.

Pretty good experience

I had a pretty good experience at this dealership. I am happy with my car and it’s warranty. I may have benefitted from some creativity in my solution, but on the whole I would come back to this dealership.

Great buying experience, friendly staff

Would refer friends and family. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I love my new Tucson and love showing it off to everyone. Meriden Hyundai made the whole process quick and easy!!

Great car but.....

On many levels, happy with the experience and with my vehicle. However, I was not happy with the number of credit inquiries made to secure a loan. I was very clear that I knew what finance company I wanted and that I didn't not want multiple inquiries made, which effect and stay on the credit report for 2 years. I was assured that only 2 were being made. I later discovered 10 were made. When I called and emailed for an explanation, no one responded. I felt I was lied to and misled. They did whatever they had to do to secure the sale, despite my expressed wishes.

happy 3rd experience

this is my 3rd vehicle purchase from meriden hyundai. i LOVE the tuscon! this is my 2nd one. i recommend if you're out looking, go to meriden hyundai and ask for joe connolly.

My salesperson, Spencer Wedge, was very informative and made the buying process a pleasure. Look him up when you go the dealership, you will not be disappointed.

Happy with purchase then didn't follow through - disappointi

My adult daughter leased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Meriden Hyundai and was happy enough with the experience. So despite the fact that I live less than 10 miles from Key Hyundai, I drove 40 minutes each way to Meriden Hyundai where I purchased a 2017 Tucson just a few weeks after my daughter did. My sales person, Joe Connolly, was very knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. HOWEVER, Meriden Hyundai offers a program wherein if a friend or family refers another buyer, they receive $200. Joe promised me that my daughter qualified, as did Frank (the manager on duty when I purchased the car) and when I picked up the car, Habib confirmed that she'd receive the $200 bonus. Now that I've made the purchase, there's all this 'red tape' and since my daughter didn't 'pre-register for the program online' and complete some process which was NEVER explained to us, she doesn't qualify. Ridiculous. We bought two brand new vehicles within 4 weeks of one another!

Return visit

This is the second car purchase from this dealership. Great service and friendly salespeople. Salesman was very helpful in our decision as to which model car we purchased.
