Can’t say who I contacted, wasn’t aware I’d be asked these questions. I was happy with the accommodation and quality of service. Makes the Tinkhannock “Experience” more traditional and reminiscent of the days when American mechanics from the local area did what only they could do best - fix up their tractors and trucks. Keep up the good work. You are way ahead of the Scranton outfits.

Service Department needs improvement. Brought a car in for an appointment at 9am technician called and said couldn’t find the vehicle. Claimed he was looking for a truck. I brought in a 2013 Doge Dart. Went back to the dealership to correct the problem. Claimed the would diagnose the issues with the car before noon because I told them I was working night shift that night. They said no issue. 12 am called and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. So first they had no idea what type of vehicle they were servicing by calling me and stated they couldn’t find it. Then promising to have it looked at by noon. The sales department is great but the service department needs to be managed better in my opinion.

Not impressed with the service dept. Last truck was in for a recall. Fixed the recall, and said i needed brakes and rotors, had them check by another garage, they told me nothing wrong with them. On my present truck, they installed window vents in the window channel, which i told them my window would not close, guessing thats my problem. They also installed a tonneau cover, i should say half xxx installed, more water can in than it kept out. On the sales side, Eddie is the reason i buy there. But might start to look else where

Had great buying experience with this dealership and particularly Eddie. As my deal wasnt typical for them, Eddie was really helpful and put some extra effort in a deal. Jeep was as I was told and pre purchase service and detailing just great. Very happy for vehicle and very happy I got it from these guys! Thank you… Rad
