Pat Becker is very knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee we purchased. He gave us a great trade in deal. He explained the many features that the Jeep has on its control screen. We would recommend Pat and Prescott Brothers to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I took my aunt here to get her vehicle serviced. She is elderly and needed me to take her. We walked in the door and there were several unprofessional women behind the counter. Non of these individuals could be bothered to say hello or ask us if we needed any help. Guys in the service department we not friendly and were very direct and rude. I warned my aunt not to do business with this place or any Prescott dealership after the experience my parents had here back when they purchased a used car from the Mendota location for my sister and I. My parents had a horrible experience as they were sold a “lemon” of a car. The cost my parents put into repairs cost more then the actual car. Never do business here! I don’t trust these people and the customer service, even after all these years, is still horrible. I hope this dealership sees this and knows that I kept at least five friends, colleagues, and family members from purchasing a vehicle from Prescott. I have no idea how this place is still in business!

I recently bought my 11th car from Duane Staus at Prescott Brothers. I had such a great experience with Duane on the first purchase, that I do not go anywhere else. Even after moving from Illinois to Michigan, I still only buy from Duane. The reason I like using Duane at Prescott Brothers is his level of knowledge and hard work combined with his helpful personality and ability to to get what I am looking for every time, makes for a pain free experience. Duane may sell cars, but you will never feel like you are being "sold"; he is not a pushy car salesman. It doesn't matter where I live, I will reach out to Duane for my next car purchase. He has had my vehicle delivered to me twice in Michigan!

Had a truck that had given me some issues and needed a reliable vehicle without spending much or financing. They worked hard to get me into a vehicle and then simply swapped titles with me for a great newer car for me and my family. Couldn't be happier

We will definitely NOT be back. Took a great running truck in for an estimated trade in value. For the owner, Tom Prescott to blow a cylinder on the test drive and lie to our faces that it was like that when he got in. Ridiculous!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! THEY WILL JOY RIDE AT YOUR EXPENSE!!
