Excellent, fast and friendly.

My mother and I were both looking for cars and Steven and the entire staff were very helpful, reasonable and an overall ease to work with. We both walked away happy with our new purchases. Highly recommended.

TOOK MY 2008 F 150 LARIAT TO DAHL FOR A GRINDING SOUND

I TOOK MY 2008 F- 150 LARIAT IN FOR WHAT WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT END . THINKING IT WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WORKED WITH BOTH DAN AND APRIL AND THEY FOUND THAT IT WASN'T BRAKES BUT A FRONT RIGHT WHEEL BEARING. THEY FIXED IT UP AND HAD IT READY AT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK EFFORT AND ALSO THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHICH I HAD ALMOST FORGOTTEN. ABOUT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE FOLLOW UP. ALSO STOPPED IN TO LOOK AT 2017 MODELS AND ARE WORKING WITH STEVE GALANIUS ON PRICING FOR EITHER AN EDGE OR ESCAPE AND ARE STILL IN THAT PROCESS YET!

Just a great experience!!!

I recently bought a new Fusion SE from Dahl Ford. Dave and Javier were very helpful and made my vehicle buying experience wonderful and very informative!! Great place to buy a vehicle and great employees who are very in tune with customers needs and amazing customer service!

they went the extra mile.

My wife is very particular about color, style and features; so this group of gentlemen worked to find the new color "White Gold" so she was happy! The experience with this dealership (our first) was most impressive.

Keep coming back!!

We just bought our 3rd vehicle in the last 2 years from Dahl Ford. We always deal with Javier Calleja. The first two vehicles we purchased were used but this time we bought a brand new 2017 Ford Escape SE. We were leaning toward a Fusion when we came to the dealership but were shown the Escape after Dave O'Brien told us about all the incentives that were available. It was a no-brainer to go with the Escape. I will recommend Dahl Ford and Javier Calleja to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Exceptional costumer service!

Steven Galanius worked hard to find me a vehicle that would fit my needs and also my budget. He was very patient, not pushy and really talked out options with me. I went in nervous and unsure but left confidently and very happy with my new purchase! I am very grateful for all of his help and guidance and would recommend Dahl Ford to everyone!

Routine Maintenance scheduled

When I brought my vehicle in for the normal Oil Change, The 360 degree check found a bulge in my right front tire. This was taken care of immediately. This also prevented a possible bad accident. Had the tire blown during high speed interstate traffic during rush hour, it could have been a fatal accident for me and or others. Good Job Ford Servicer
